I gave one because I had to put something. I brought in gold to sell them worth more than $500. I wanted to purchase a medical bracelet that is just as good or better than the one I was trading in. They didnt have any on hand so they were going to order one the was just as good or better than the one I was trading in. I asked multiple times if it was going to be comparable. Two woman said yes, every time. When the bracelet came in they engraved it with my medical information. Then, they gave me the bracelet. It was thinner and brittle. I did not like the Quality at all! I told them I did not want it and wanted the money for the gold. They refused to give back the money saying that they could not resell it, but I could trade it in for the price of the gold, which is way less than the cost of the bracelet. I said I just want $400 for the gold I traded in. I asked to talk to the manager,*****************************, she is either on the phone or in a meeting or not there. They said they would order more bracelets that would be better quality and have the manager call me. I had them hold the bracelet and waited 2 weeks. I heard nothing. So I called to talk to the manager multiple times, she was alway busy. I went to the store and after waiting a long time refused to do anything. I left the store without the bracelet. I just want $400 for the gold I turned in.
