We had a back yard landscape package installed in Oct 2021. The sprinklers for the lawn area have never reached the entire yard. Initially we tried to adjust the sprinklers several ways, over about a years time, but it never resolved the problem of having two dead spots in the lawn, both with rye and bermuda grass. The two middle sprinklers are so low that we have to mow as special lower cut ring around them just so the water will spray out far, but its still not enough to reach these two dead spots in the lawn. We have tried everything but the sprinklers are just not working as they should and never have. The two middle sprinklers need to be raised up and all the sprinklers need to be adjusted by a professional so we dont have to water the yard by hand with a hose. We have contacted the landscaper and they initially told us over and over over a several week timeframe they would resolve it within a week, but never did. Now they wont return our phone call messages or emails or even answer their phone; I presume they have Caller ID and recognize our number.

We are very sorry for the delay. This repair has since been completed with new sprinkler heads. It appears the customer is happy with the outcome. We had them on the schedule and it just took a little bit longer than we had originally planned to get it done. We had a Holiday that we were closed for four days and we had also switched our office location, which we did have some service interruptions. We apologise again for the delay and communication issues. Thank you for your patience, and let us know if you need anything else in the future.
