I paid for a maint. plan which was $299 2yr plan. Ever since I can not get a hold of him and when I do he never shows up and when he did show up he wanted more money and I gave him $100 but he never came back or called the only message I got from him was 'stop with the negative comments" and that was 11/23/2021 and my A/C never got fixed or a even a call back for a reason why. Now I have to go look for another company I can trust.Business response

Last Summer ************* contacted us because several companies had been out to his home and told him he needed a replacement system and he stated he could not afford that .We performed a free diagnostic and found system needed major repairs and had a restriction he said he did not have the money so In order to discount repairs he signed up on maintenance plan which gave him 20 off repair also we let him make payments on balance with he was late o he had 2 service calls after major repair 1 call found faulty circuit board he Said he had no money again so we temporarily wired it 2nd call he had huge leak due to hole in discharge line which required 8 lbs r22 and welding and evacuation he wanted to schedule repairs but did not have the money to do so yet kept sending messages to come and fix it because he has a maintenance contract ,we can't give him discounted repairs from the plan and then the cost of plan after he uses the discount.Initial Complaint

My AC went out in June, my Home Warranty put a claim in and assigned Arizona Boy. The normal calls from the company were not made, I had to call them to schedule over and over....... as they were no shows for appointments. (my home warranty does have contact requirements of vendors they send)**** called at about 8 PM 9 days after the assignment of the claim and showed up at 8:30 PM. **** said I had a gas leak but he was not sure if it was covered and he could not call to find out due to the time(this was created by him).He told me he would not do anything unless I paid him, he created the situation but told me if I did not pay he didn't know when he would come back- maybe in a week or two (we had no ac already for over a week. I paid him $651.60 so he would make the repairs.I called and confirmed with my Home Warranty the next day. The coverage was extended for my claim, they would pay it. I called **** and told him it was covered the day after he was out. He said he would call them and then send me a check. He did call them confirming coverage himself but made excuses for not doing the check. This has gone on for months. He stalls always, he said he would put the refund on my card, that has never happened but this repetitive pattern of promising and delay has repeated for months. He also does not return my calls.I have confirmed that **** submitted an invoice to HWA in October and was paid by them.I have tried for 5 months to get my $651.60 back only to be stalled and told he did pay me and then told he's checking to confirming he had not. He always has excuses but does not respond to me when I call to resolve this. I have placed dozens of calls with out response. Scheduled times to call and sort this out but he never is there it becomes another stall.I hope this can motivate him to return what he has taken, he has been paid twice but will not give me my money back!!!!If you cannot help I will be forced to take stronger action.
