      I contacted Truegreen a week ago to inquire about tick treatment for my yard, I spoke to a representative and when I learned the price I told them I was not interested That have continued to call me twice a day for weeks now, I asked them to put me on do not call list and blocked their number but they still mange to get through,Please help

      I looked at the True Green website. I had to provide contact info in order to view a quote on the website. I exited the website. Ive been contacted no less than twice a day every day since. I was contacted dozens of time by text until I blocked it. Ive been contacted by True Green sales dozens of times. Im now being contacted by personal cell phone numbers even after telling one sales person to PLEASE add me to the do not contact list. This is *************** wont stop.

      I called true green for a quote I told the gentleman I spoke with I would think about it and now they call me all day long. I ask them not to call me anymore and the guy kind of snickered and said they are going to call me every hour on the hour. They have been calling me several times a day. I spoke with a lady and ask her not to call me she said ok and they keep calling me harassing me. I do not owe them any money nore have I ever used there services. They are calling trying to get me to buy their services. This is harassment. I want them to stop calling me and to never call me again in life. Please do not provide them with the number I provided you with or my email address. They are calling me on my home phone number **********.

      We have been paying for lawn service for years with a company that is NOT **** Green. All of a sudden this ******* **** Green showed up at our house and started spraying weeds in the yard (in addition to the company we already pay for this service). We called **** Green and explained that we never signed up for their service and there must be a mistake. I asked if there was a possibility one of their salespeople was trying to hit quota and was signing up people randomly, but she said no. However, they never had our payment information on file, which is required to sign up for an account. I asked if maybe they acquired the company we were already using (Turf Shield), she put me on hold, and then came back and told me yes, they did acquire that company so we should call Turf Shield and cancel our service with them and continue with ****Green. We then called *********** and they said they had not been acquired by **** Green, so we kept our service with them and did not cancel. **** Green reported us to debt collectors instead of rectifying a mistake that was clearly made on their end, and I'm beyond livid that we now have to go through extra steps to resolve a situation we never signed up for.

      We paid in advance last Nov 2021 for a year of True Green Lawn treatment, to include insecticide, fertilizer and a treatment for our landscaping to keep it healthy. Areas of our back lawn are dying from insects. We asked for a manager to call us for two weeks straight, 4 phone calls and no one will contact us. The last "treatment" was a guy who only came to the door to leave the ticket. I have concerns he did not do the back lawn, because our ADT system was not triggered. I am uncertain what he did for the front lawn...normally, our cameras are triggered multiple times when lawn care is rendered. We have been told a manager would call us. Now, we want the inital salesperson to come out and see the yard. We are currently treating the lawn for mole crickets and army worms, per the local lawn and garden shop. They can stop treatment and refund our money. We have lost confidence in their service and have found many other home owners who feel the same way. We do not trust them.

      Third year with True Green. Filed complaint in early 2022 regarding two years of false claims. True Green told me they would eliminate Violet weeds from lawn. It would take two years to do so. Violet weeds never eliminated. Corporate contacted me and put me in touch with Regional Manager Director. Was told that beginning April 2022, Special Treatments would begin and be performed monthly for the next five months. I have contacted True Green four times during April, March and June. Still no effort has been made as I was promised. Paid $$235.10 March 10, 2022 for services to continue provided the Violet weeds issue was resolved. No promised efforts have been made.

      I hired true green to spray my trees for bugs The trees were health and green. True treated the trees now they are ***** and drying. I have called true my times about this trying to get them to come back out and save the trees. True green makes appointment but never show up. Ive asked for a refund also. After true green seen the tree dying they never came back. Took my money and killed the trees

      A year ago I paid for true green services and told them I wanted their services only when I called for it but they came a second time and charged me for my service I called them directly and told them to completely cancel my services since I had told them how I wanted it to work and they didnt follow on my instructions. Today a year later I get a charge on my a bank account once again from this company I called them and complained told them I want my money back since I never ordered any service and I didnt authorize any payments. All this company did was open a case and told me I have to wait 3-5 business days. I am complaining because they shouldnt put me through a process of opening a case and waiting to be resolve when they are the ones that are giving me the inconvenience touching my money my account without any authorization. The customer service representative did admit that it was their mistake he apologized for it and admitted I never ordered this year service and that I did cancel any contract or agreement with them a year ago. I also asked the representative if they would be responsible if I needed that money for another **** or gas or money and he did not have an answer. The case number I was given is Cas-*******-z3x7m

      I have been receiving calls from this business. I have said Im not interested in their service and to please stop calling me. They keep on calling me and I keep telling them to stop. Today April 6,2022at 9:22 am they calls again. I advised them that I have requested for them to stop calling me and that I was going to file a complaint. They responded with good luck with that.

      I purchased two lawn services last summer, healthy grass in bald spots and rid mosquitoes. I paid in full. I was disappointed with both sprays so at the end of summer I called to discontinue both services as required. On January 2022, the lawn care showed up and charged my card an installment automatically. They didnt leave a receipt, I didnt notice my discover card was charged. That happened again yesterday and Im furious. I followed their protocol to stop this from happening and it happened away. I would like to be reimbursed and my card to be removed from the account and my account closed.
