Ordered boots off timberland website. Shoes were wrong style and no good they hurt my feet and left a gash in ankleInitial Complaint

I bought a pair of Timberland work boots. They offer a 30 day comfort guarantee. I met all qualifications, only wore the boots once and ended up with sores on my feet. Explained all of this to a Timberland rep and literally played message games for two weeks. I was told a return label would be sent. Of course, as expected, after the 30 days were up, no one would reply to me. Now the brand new boots sit in the closet. This was in the last 12 months, approximately $240 bucks.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 10/23 and have not received any word as to when the boots are being shipped,I have emailed them 3 times with no response, order # is R855702876 for $152.60, they took my money out the next day,I would like the boots or my money back, thank you
