      I have been contacted daily several times and they have contacted my husband, son and nephew and anyone else they could find. I have repeatedly told them I do not ow for a payday loan, I never had that bank, never lived where they said. I have asked for written communication to prove it and they have not done anything but accuse me and say I am avoiding the debt. It was from 10 years ago I never worked where they say I did when I took out the loan or anything. They won't listen and are very rude and besides the fact that they actually told my nephew about the debt when they called him. They won't leave me alone. If I even thought I owed it I would pay when they send me the bill in writing, they won't show proof of anything. I just want them to stop, they are driving me crazy. They are threatening to take me to court and I told them to go ahead and they just keep calling. Even after I told them to stop.

      I am not liable with this debt with ACCOUNT RCVY SERVICE, I do not have a contract with MC RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITI, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      Got a robo call from this company on 4/11/24 at 10:18am asking if I knew someone, when I was transferred to an agent he asked if I was that person, when I said I wasnt he said well no kidding to which I then asked what company this was and who was calling. This was met with the response wow you have such great phone edicate you f****** jackass. Im not sure who these people are or why Im being called on someone elses behalf but this is unacceptable treatment and clearly a scam. I want my number removed from the database as soon as possible, if I receive a callback I will consider it harassment based on the conversation with said agent.

      We have reviewed the details of the complaint and can assure this consumer that we are not the correct business contacting him.  Our company does not employ "robocall" technology and his number/name was not located in our  database.

      This type of agency interaction can be very frustrating, and we wish you the best in locating the correct company to voice your complaint.

      Whoever this a****** is, he keeps calling my phone and when I answer and ask him where hes calling from, he wont tell me or the nature of his call, and just keeps asking for my name. Hes incredibly rude and this last time he called me, he said what you dont know your own **** name? And hung up on me. Call me again and I will *** you for harassing me, you f****** jerk.

      ARS put derogatory info on my credit report claiming that I owed bills to ****************** on 2 separate occasions. Mind you, I never got any bills. I've called them, they refuse to help me. I called the hospital they can't find the account, I called my insurance, they never received the claim. ARS, after I called sent me a **** that's for them not the hospital. I sent it back to them with a copy of my insurance card and told them to charge them, and take it off my credit report. They still haven't done it and it's been months already. They're messing my life, I can't even get an apt due to this nonsense. I hope u can help me.

      The complaint has been researched and we are certain this was directed to the incorrect Account Recovery Services.  There are many companies across ****** with similar and even exact names as ours but we are in no way affiliated with them.  We do not collect for "******************".  


      We understand this is certainly confusing, especially if the hospital will not respond to inquiries.  Our suggestion is to use the contact information provided from your credit report that identifies the correct ARS.
