hi I ******* paid $359.76 on December 6, 2021 for back office payment for my website that they said Upon receiving your past due balance an appointment will be set with the mentoring department so that I can personalize my login credentials. After they receive the money I had to email and call them three time. they call me two time but did not tell me any thing about my website they just said that the mentoring department will call. then I email the ********************* again then a person was name : ******** call me she set of the appointment for the mentoring department to call me on December 14, 2021 at 4:00 pm eastern time *********** time because they are located in Arizona I never receive a call from them I came home early just because I did not want to miss they phone call. No one call at all that day so I email the ********************* <******************> and told them that no one call me back about my website and I told them that I will have to call the ***************** Attorney and Better Business Bureau because they are not responding to any of my phone call or emails . the phone number that ******** gave me to call them back was ************ the phone will ring for a long time before the voice mail l come on to leave a message and they will return your call so I left a message tell them that no one call me from the ******************** and for someone to call me back I left my number but they did not return my calls that is why I email you guys to help me to get my money back and I don't went the website anymore.
