I shipped a package via ******** Store", on 03/18/2023(Sat) @ 2:18pm; The package was apparently shipped to the wrong location.. The item was a Return (3rd party Amazon Vendor), since the vendor didn't receive the "Returned item", due to ***** misshipment, they would not issue me a refund.. After weeks of waiting/calling/e-mailing with *************** I then put in a claim with *** in May (approximate) of 2023. A short time ago Today I reached out to ***** customer service via phone and was told I needed to "Reach out to Amazon and tell them to reach out to ***"...... I might be new to the "Claim Process", but, I'm not new to knowing I Didn't Drop The Ball; even when I Agreed to do so they couldn't/wouldn't give me any Contact info email/phone number, ( he claimed he had already been in contact with Amazon)... I feel they have just been dragging their feet for the last few Months... Your help would be appreciated!
