To whom it may concern, I have been in this hospital with a patent by the name of tommetris **** since 11/24 due to him coming in for 5 gun shot wounds. Initially we requested a transfer because he was in ther emergency for over 24 hours sedated with no work being done because they where waiting on a a bed to open in the icu so not one thing was done beside sedation until moved then he went to the icu once he was transferred to the icu he had an Pleasant experience but then he was moved to the 2nd floor to room 260 on 11/29 and was transferred to nurse ****** who was was attentive but once switched to the night staff on 11/29 he was having issues breathing the original nurse who was supposed to have him walked in looked at the monitor and said he was fine well he was choking and nausea and having issues with throwing up in his mouth (lets not forget to mention his mouth is wired shut so he can not speak) his anxiety was threw the roof his heart rate sky rocketed and the night charge nurse who had also walked in seen a nurse who knew nothing about the patient jaw being wired shut and didnt know what to do and ran out the room along with the night charged nurse once the patient sister whos a nurse practitioner assisted him and helped with the tric cleaning he was able to calm down and breath successfully. Due to anxiety and a lack of care a new nurse was requested to assist him ***** was who came in with the night charge nurse and allowed the patient supportive family to stay a few hours later (until 10pm) once they decided to come into the room after the created a plan and didnt stick to the plan they got defensive and begin to insult the patient family accusing them of firing a nurse who was not attentive to the patent when they had only requested a different nurse after being offered one because they where unaware the women who came in and walked out was originally scheduled to be his nurse. The night charge nurse and his supervisor where completely unprofessional and wanted to argue with the family because the plan they put in motion was not abided by. Once the insulated the family they decided instead of keeping the composer and being professional they wanted to argue with the family about who his nurse was who was removed and the level of care they where lacking the patent who was completely uncomfortable and even informed his nurse (********) he felt as if they would kill him due to the lack of care she assured she would do the best she could to help the patent. Meanwhile the night charge nurse who was scheduled on 11/29 was completely rude and aggressive to the patient and his family as well as Tiare his higher up. This has been the worst hospital experience for not only the patent but his family who was not comfortable leaving him in abrazo west campuses care. The amount of unprofessionalism Is ridiculous for this being a hospital claiming to be a community built on care. Abrazo West campus should reconsider the people they employed and make sure they are even fit to uphold the abrazo name. The business that I am.complaining about andnor reporting is Abrazo West Campus its a 216 bed acute care facility and teachinghispital founded **** and a nursing home and was Phoenix Baptist Hospital then in **** Arrowhead Hospital were both acquired by *************** Systems. This company employees people that are nurses that are licensed to care for patients and they believe in and think that they know everything about humans. My sister which is older than me went to school at ******************************************* and after 10 years of school she is now a registered nurse. I didn't know before that these people thatvare in the medical field are not good and that what theybhave done to me with the helpnif my parents, my mom and dad and my sister which has been and continues to be to threaten me and say thatbi need to go and get seen by a doctor or a dentist. My sister which her name is *************************, I find out just this year after many that being a sister and what I thought was how someone was asister is wrong! They use the word sister as a title but for woman on a religious order that have decided to dedicate their life to God. So the ecistance of these places Hospitals and the people that work there us a tremendous threat to me, because they use the other business thatbi deathly scared of which is the Police ?? to get me. And so they say if you haven done anything bad then you shouldn't be scared, well I know that people that work in the medical field can't force anything on anyone, but with the help.of.rhe police they do. I am at mybwits end especially after finding out that what my sister has been doing to me is really bad and that she continues to be a humongous threat and constantly I have to tip toe around her which she is also isn't who she says she is she isn't a she ahe is a he as well as my mother and I have been forced to leave my home because of her. Abrazo West Campus ****************** appears to not be willing to update / correct ***************** providers information for this one instance from ************ to TriWest Healthcare Alliance . Furthermore Abrazo appears to have disregarded request NOT TO BILL ************ to have billed and collected an monetary amount from Tricarecare West; even though they (Abrazo) were informed that that was the incorrect ****** form that emergency roon and associated treatment instance.Action(s) previously taken to resolve:Called Abrazo West Campus ******************* March 20, 2023 - 2pm, talked with a person named ****** , Called an Abrazo West Campus representative multiple times and they identified as follows: Rain March 21, 2023 , Called a third time to ****************** of Abrazo West Campus representative who identified as ******** and finally called once again and talked with a person identifying as ********* on April 10, 2023.To date, request to ************** care provided on record (************-requires deductible to TriWest Healthcare Alliance-Requires no deductible) appears to have gone unheeded as Abrazo contuses to sent bills to patient for a deductible.Initial Complaint

On 12/25/22 I went to Abrazo West, as I had been physically assaulted. Upon arrival, I was forced to consult with a police officer in one room. About 20 minutes later, my actual room was ready. The pain began to set in, and I felt super light headed. I began to throw up in a community trash, full of other patients disposables. I begged for someone to come help me, as I was passing out and had to lay on the ***** to cool my body. I was on the hospital floor begging for help, with multiple head injuries, scared for my life. The nurses began yelling and laughing at me and sent in a tech to clean it up, not even to check on me. When I gained composure, I went out there and addressed each person who did it. I am limited on space, and cannot detail the full extent to which I received horrendous care.I sent a detailed email, that stated everything that occurred during my time at Abrazo. This included, but is not limited to, the harassment I received from the nurses laughing at me, after I had just been assaulted, as I was begging for help, the unprofessionalism on EVERY level. I left WITHOUT medical treatment, and without a proper evaluation (as she didn't even do a concussion test), with over 20 injuries to my head, after I had been drinking, while in their "care," to seek proper medical treatment from a different hospital. In total, I had 20 injuries, which consisted of a broken nose (2 spots), concussion, had to get my lip sealed, and a dislocated jaw. *********************** (Director of Continuous Quality Improvement) sent me a letter via mail, that is FULL of lies and inconsistencies, with no way to contact him to dispute it. While at the hospital, I spoke with the front desk, police ******** ******************************************** and ****** (the nurse that laughed at me), and ***** the head nurse, AT THE **** of the incident, and was still charged. I cannot get ahold of him or anyone on the dispute team that is capable of addressing this issue appropriately.
