I used this insurance agency/ insurance agent ************************* to pay for full coverage car insurance. The company then decided on my behalf that wouldnt include collision insurance. I had specifically asked for full covered implying I wanted my own vehicle completely covered. The agent did not in fact give me full coverage nor had any discussion with me on the specifics of coverage she put on the application for me. I called the company and spoke to the owner *********************** to be informed that they cannot fix their own mistake on my coverage due to the original agent not giving me the coverage I requested. This is completely unacceptable as I am paying money to not receive what I thought I was already paying for.Business response

Client purchased coverage months back on a **** auto and signed an application with coverages clearly indicating what was purchased at the time of application. Client specified via email each time an auto was replaced on the policy to keep the coverage the same as the original application. At no point during the policy did the client ever purchase any collision or comprehensive coverage on her auto. This is why insurance companies are required to collect signatures and are required to send copies of the policies to client.
