I orderd New Cabinets for my New House With materials and insulation the cabinets were installed a lot of them were warped so thay replaced a few of them except for two of them they're still on order I'm still waiting for them and waiting for frigerator that was back ordered. On 12-20-2021 got the frigerator. I called them to come trim around the frigerator she said my warranty is expired She cannot help me I would have to call around and find a cabinet guy to come out and fix it ARE YOU SERIOUS i would have to pay the cabinet guy to come out. OK you can't help me send a guy out I **** i will pay the guy to trim around my frigerator so she sent a guy out charge me $100 to tear it all apart it stayed tore apart for a week before I paid another guy to come out and fix it for $300 to put it back together. On February 3 2022 They ordered two more doors On March 2 2022 and March 4 2022 Im asking Wheres my two doors again on March 24 2022 Wheres my two doors Wednesday May 11 2022 Wheres my two doors again on April 13 2022 did my two doors come in today Jun 8 2022 I'm still asking where's my two doors that they owe me And they owe me $400 for framing around the refrigeratorBusiness response

Good morning,
This customer purchased cabinets through ********************** in August of 2020. When we installed this house the customer did not have property heating and cooling in the home. The cabinets began to have issues because of this. We went out and replaced 10 doors in his laundry room. 6 on 12/22/2020, 2 doors on 4/12/21 and 2 ore on 6/9/21. He is again complaining the doors need to be replaced again in 2022. We sent out a service tech and did not find any issues with the doors.
As for the refer. We informed Mr. **** One Vision Interiors would not take on the work needed to modify his refrigerator opening. He would have to pay a contractor to complete the work. Mr. **** asked that we could refer a contractor we used to complete the work. Mr **** purchased a built in refrigerator well after the install of ************ which did not fit in the design installed back in 2020. We informed Mr. **** that One Vision is not involved in this change and payments were not coming through One Vision.
