      Called corporate Taco Bell employee refused to give me a receipt with my order and messed up my order and I want a refund of $15.10 my daughter and I couldnt eat the food it tasted old. I called corporate a week ago on December 12, 2022 and corporate promised the manager at the Taco Bell I visited that day would contact me within three business day its been over five business days and no contact by email or phone anything at all. I want a refund and apology. The employee refused to give me receipt after running my card and gave me bad food.

      I placed a mobile order on 9/17/2022, which was to be picked up at the location at ******************************************************************************************. I was charged $9.21. When I went to this Taco Bell, they did not receive my order they said, so I had to place the order at the counter and pay again. I then found out that my order was sent in error to the location at ******************. Note that when I placed my mobile order, it indicated on my order it was to be sent to the **********************************************. I have contacted Taco Bell several times requesting a refund for the food I did not receive and they have ignored me. I sent a copy of the receipt from the mobile order sent to the wrong location, but nothing.All I want is to be refunded for food I did not receive.

      Hello, This complaint is about several issues at the TACO BELL in ******, ****** on ************. ~ on 2/22 we went to the taco bell and were discriminated against because of LGBTQ affiliation. We were treated very unprofessional. One employee told his co-worker we are "weird" because of what we ordered. He said this over the speaker box where we could clearly hear him, and we called him on it. He said it was his coworker. I have complained numerous times about this location for missing half my order and getting the entire order wrong. Nothing has been done to resolve any of these issues. When I spoke to the manager on the phone, she was rude and argued. I would like someone from corporate to contact me, so I don't need to take any further action. Thank you for your help!

      I placed a order , did not get a receipt. I waited for 20 min and since restaurant was backlogged I requested a refund since i had to leave for a meeting but the manager was rude he ignored me for 15 min and then said he won't provide a receipt of refund and that it's against company policy to provide receipt. I recorded this incident and he threated to call cops and send me to jail if I don't delete /stop recording him being rude.

      My sister-in-law is a former taco bell employee. She is trying obtain a copy of her pay stubs. They have blocked her from access to her information. They will not help her. They have given her phone numbers that go directly to voicemail mail with no calls returned.

      I went to the taco bell located at ****************************************************** on 6/30/2022 @2:26pm and I ordered a frosty drink while I was sitting in lobby cooling off because my car was over heating I asked to use the restroom and was told NO WE DONT HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM ONLY AN EMPLOYEE RESTROOM EVEN THOUGH I COULD SEE THEY HAD ONE FOR THERE EMPLOYEES AND ONE FOR CUSTOMERS. THEY WERE NOT WEARING ANY GLOVES ON THERE HANDS AND NONE OF THEM HAD THERE HAIR IN A HAIR NET TO KEEP HAIR FROM FALLING IN THE FOOD. MY DRINK WAS ONLY HAVE FULL THE ***** WAS GROSS TBE TRASH WAS FULL ALL OF THEM AND THE ***** WAS NOT MOPPED OR SWEPT. VERY NASTY AND DIRTY STORE REALLY NEEX SOME HELP GETTING IT RIGHT....

      I'm filing this complaint about a taco Bell employee named ************************* who is the General manager at *********** ** Taco bell and he has given out my personal information to his fellow employees and I've gotten threats because of a girl who is not ******** gf at all. ****** needs to be spoken to or terminated asap . He is not a good employee

      On Oct 21 ordered online via Taco Bell App 31 items for $43.35 around 10pm for my family. Went to pick it up at the location and no one answered door or drive thru window, no signs were posted saying closed, called location several times and no one would answer the phone. 2 workers inside looked at me but didn’t answer. It took my order debited my account for the whole amount and never said anything about it being closed. I sat there for several min cars were also forming line behind me, worker came out and I asked if closed he said yes and I said I want my food you took my money the guy rudely said no we didn’t and got in and slammed him door and left. By this time it’s after 11pm on a weeknight and now everything around us is now closed. I had to go to the gas station to figure out food for my 4 kids and myself and boyfriend while in turn u took my money that I had and I had to spend additional money on dinner. It was almost midnight when we got to finally eat and I had absolutely no money because u had a hold on that money. Sent email to customer experience team online George emailed me 10/25 told me to send my account info back to him so I did showing amount. And bank acct info. I’ve sent more emails 11/1 & 11/5 still nothing back from your customer service team or George. No one will get back to me. This is horrible service and expect more than just my money back as I had no money after that to get my family dinner since u took what I had that night! Then i have to send you all this documentation just to get my stuff back! Thanks
