I had my house painted by AZWest Painting on 8/23/18, I chose the longer lasting premium paint with a guarantee of 11 to 13 + years warranty. After 5 years I noticed paint chipping, peeling and blistering on the trim work. Also wood rotting due to the painters not scraping, sanding and priming before re-painting. I also have taped ceiling lines splitting and open seams. My house is in worse condition than prior to the paint job. This is horrible and unacceptable workmanship and now my house needs a re-paint. I live in a HOA community and I am a single Senior lady that can't afford to paint my house every 5 years. I am semi retired live alone and work part time to make ends meet. I have contacted *************** owner who said he would stop by and do touch **** The owner **** never gave me a time or a date. When I reached out to him to see when he would be by, he snapped back at me and told me I would get nothing from him. Also in an e-mail that I will attach he states he has a 2 year warranty on workmanship but I never received anything stating any warranty on workmanship, just the paint warranty and also ******* ****** paint (which is the paint **** supposedly used.) states on their web site that their paint is lifetime warranty when applied properly. I need my house repainted and I need my money returned to me so I can hire a professional to repaint my house properly. I will send additional pictures and copy of email to and from **** as I am having a hard time uploading documents
