              During the month of March I had a sleep study done by Phoenix neurology and sleep medicine. At that time they determine I needed a CPAP machine. They turned a request over to a medical supply company. Several months later I got a text message from that company saying they no longer honored *************** and turned it over to another company. Since then I have called that company and Phoenix neurology and sleep center multiple times with no results here we are in September and I still have no CPAP machine. Can you help? I know Phoenix neurology and sleep center was paid handsomely by my insurance company for the sleep study.

              I picked this place and I have the biggest regret. Since October Ive been struggling with this office over getting a sleep study done and now a c-pap. I should have just not received services here after seeing two patients argue we tu their manager who is rude. I still wanted to have faith and place my trust and health in their hands. However, there was many red flags, they kept referring me back to my provider for results and follow up and months later here we are in late April and still no luck. After speaking with ******, whom is the most unprofessional and uncaring medical manager Ive ever came across (I have worked in the medical field and the legal field for many years) never have Ive been laughed at over the seriousness of my health. After waiting 6 months, my health has gone downward instead of better and to them youre not a patient with needs, youre just another $$$ for them. The lack of communication, carelessness and morality is the worst. Please, please save yourself the hassle, they will laugh at you and your medical needs. Someone who is miserable with their job provides miserable service.
