I tried to call them on the number listed and it says temporarily out of service. What good are they if you can't talk to them. ?Heliosun LLC

Worst solar company ever, besides never answering the phone they always try to blame us on using to much energy. We are paying more with their solar panels from when we used to not have solar panels, and we are using a lot less energu now from when we used to not have their services! Their panels do not produce enough energy we asked to get extra panels to not pay when in the summer. We were given a quantity of panels that would produce the same average quantity on energy from what we used back than (we used to use more energy back than) and we asked to add more panels to help produce more clean energy and to avoid paying anything at all during the summer, now we are paying the solar panels and our electricity bill, even while in the winter when we are supposed to be producing a lot more energy and having negative payingments meaning adding up credit to pay during the summer!!! I HATE ODIN ENERGY SOLAR PANELS THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY TO EXIST!!!!Heliosun LLC

I apologize for your problems with your solar system. Unfortunately, we have no record of you as a customer. I have looked up your name and your email in our system, and there are no matches. If you can provide me with the address, I can look up your information, and see why your system is allegedly not working as expected.Review fromChristale J

We had new insulation blown into our attic on October 10th. Everything seemed fine when they finished. While they were in our attic, I heard a loud noise that sounded like someone had come through the ceiling. However, no one came in and said anything to me so I figured it just sounded like it, but everything was ok. The next day, I noticed a large crack in the ceiling of our front living room and figured that must have been the sound I heard. I contacted *** from Odin Energy via phone. He asked that I send a picture of the damage and he would contact their sheetrock guy and have him come out on Monday. Having not heard from *** and being unable to reach him via phone I sent him a text message on October 30th asking when our ceiling would be repaired. I still haven't heard from *** or anyone else at Odin Energy, it is now the 6th of November. I have attempted to call on several occasions, but I just get voicemail. This is very disappointing and says a lot about their customer service after the sale. If you are thinking of doing business with this company, I would just encourage you to do your homework.Heliosun LLC

They're trying to charge me a cancellation fee of over $600 even though I canceled by phone, I had until 12:00 midnight yet they tell me I canceled after business hour Then they claim they never got the message yet it shows are right on my phone that I called. Then they send me the invoice saying I had to cancel in writing... Which the salesman never told me, I told him clearly I cannot read all this he says don't worry just sign and I'll send you a copy by Email. they never did. send me a copy of the contract by email, I found the same job for half the price of the completely discounted price I got at the end of the sales pitch. So buyer beware please!!!! I have never dealt with a company like this before. And you can't even call them they won't answer the phone for hours and hours and hours and when they do they said we have to speak with our financial department... and when you ask to speak to them yourself you can't they are not the same location.Heliosun LLC

Hello ****,We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback in regards to your experience with Odin Energy. We strive to provide each and every one of our customers with the best possible experience with our company. We had our Senior Account Manager take a look into your account to better assist with your written concerns above. In all of our contracts, it is stated on page 3, section 9, that we require a written confirmation of the cancellation request within three (3) business days of signing the contract in order to cancel your project without any penalty. We unfortunately did not receive this from you. While you did show us via screenshot that you attempted to call our office on Friday, July 14th, 2023, your attempted call was after business hours at 5:47pm, and no voicemail was received from you. You did cancel in writing on Sunday, July 16th, 2023, via text message the day before your scheduled install, at which point we had already hired the crew for your install that next morning, they had labor to pay, and material had been purchased and set aside for your project. We have no record of your phone call in our system and did not receive a voicemail from you to cancel the installation when you stated that you attempted to contact our office after hours on Friday, July 14th, 2023. The agreement you signed specifies that we require written confirmation of the cancellation request within three (3) business days of the date you signed the agreement in order to avoid a cancellation fee. We provide pre-formatted cancellation forms in all of our agreements, on pages 5 and 6, just like the ones that were included in your agreement. Your agreement was signed on July 11th, 2023. We did not receive any written notice of cancellation from you until Sunday, July 16th, 2023, the day before your scheduled installation. Since we received notice that you wished to cancel after three (3) business days from the date you signed your agreement, per the agreement on page 3, section 9, the fee to cancel this Agreement after three (3) business days will be twelve (12) percent of the Total Project Amount before the first scheduled day of the Project. We refunded a portion of your deposit minus $608.88 for cancellation fee, making your refund in the amount of $1,928.12.The agreement with your signature and initials on it indicates that you read the terms and conditions of said agreement, and by signing you agreed to our policies. We sincerely apologize and we do understand your frustrations, but this is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract that was signed between you and Odin Energy.Review fromDusty L

5 starsIn my opinion, this has been one of the best companies I have done business with. Every person I have dealt with along the way has represented themselves with the utmost character and have gone out of there way to offer great service. Not only that, but it has been quite an insightful process and they really know their stuff. Today it seems hard to find a business that treats it's customers as more than just a transaction, and I have definitely experienced this first hand. Would definitely recommend Odin Energy if you are looking to improve the efficiency of your home.Review fromEugene V

I'm glad that I am reading these reviews on this company now and regret not doing more research on this company before I agreed to have the work preformed. I received an email for a work referral where a bonus would be paid. I referred my friend, who just moved into town, and they had work done on their home. After six months, no bonus! I've called and called and called. Their response has always been, "we're working on it". Now, when I call, No one ever answers the telephone. The call always goes to voice mail or an answering machine. No one will call me back and it is at the point now where I believe all the reviews are accurate and this company is bogus on so many levels. I will not ever recommend them; and, if their name comes up, I'm going to adamantly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. I know I was overcharged for the work I had done compared to other companies with the same services. It's all *********** with these people. I had to reinstall an attic ladder myself because their workers were not careful enough to remove it without bending the aluminum frame. They would not even adjust my bill for reinstallation of the attic ladder which took two hours of my time. I read "Fraudulent" in many of these reviews. There is definitely more than just something with this company that is not honest, and it all points to management! Do not do business with this company, You will regret it like I have.Heliosun LLC

Hello Mr. ********* sincerely appreciate your honest feedback in regards to your personal experience with Odin Energy. We are sorry to hear that your personal experience with our company was not pleasant. We strive to provide each and every one of our customers with the best possible experience with our company from the beginning of their project, to the very end of their project, and everything in between. We had our Senior Account Managers take a look into your account to better assist your written concerns above. All of our phone calls are recorded for quality and training purposes and stored in customer's accounts. Our managers listened to the recorded conversations in your account. It was determined that the Account Manager who assisted you during the duration of your project made several attempts to send our Field Manager out to your property to take a look at the ladder that was discussed to be replaced, and the drain that got disconnected, to which you declined the offered visits. During one of the calls between you and the Account Manager overseeing your project, you did request $150 off of your project for the issues with the ladder. The Account Manager did notify you that after she spoke with management, since you did not provide us with the opportunity to return to your property to fix the ladder for you and that you had stated you did it yourself, management did decline the request for $150 off of your project. There was also never any mention about the frame being bent during the recorded call. Seeing as our office made several good faith attempts to come out and fix the ladder at no additional expense to you, but all offers were declined by you, we were not able to fulfill your request for additional costs to be removed from your project. In regards to the bonus for referring your friend to us as a customer, this has been issued by our Accounts Payable and should be arriving to you within **** business days. Referral bonuses are not able to be paid right away until the person that was referred has had their project completed by our installers. We do apologize for that delay in getting to you, but this is our process. We thank you for being a valued customer of ****************** and providing honest feedback.Review fromWilliam M

I hired this company for three things. Fill attic with insulation, Duct sealing and they talked me into installing a scrubber. On the day of the installation, they tried to install the new scrubber into a ac system that was going to be disposed of. I did not want to pay to through it in the trash so I told them not to install the scrubber. They told me to just call when I had a new AC system installed and they would install the scrubber at that time. They knew I was getting a new AC system that was the reason for the duct sealing in the first place to make sure that system is good before I replace the other part. The duct sealing was a joke. I do not recommend this work. First I regret I did not call another company to make sure the ductwork was clean first. Was told it did not need to be clean. The arasol did not stick to my ductwork and the paperwork of data they emailed me is incorrect. They did not cover the air return leaving a big hole in the system when they pumped the sealant into my house. once they noticed this cloud emitting from the bedroom they covered the air return. this skewed the data on the report they sent me and left me a big mess in the bedroom to clean up. The data is telling me they fixed a huge hole when they simply just did not cover the air return. I am happy with the insulation in the attic. They put a tape measure so I can see how thick it is.Now that I have a new AC system, I am having a had time getting the scrubber installed. First appointment no call no show. The customer service page returns a 404 error. I left a message and still waiting for a call back.Heliosun LLC

Hello ***************, We understand your frustration and would like to apologize for the lack of communication on the day of your install. We had some personnel that unfortunately did not do what was necessary on the communication portion of our relationship with you as a customer. As per your request we are refunding you for the air scrubber that wasn't installed.Thank you for being a valuable Odin customer.Review fromDavid M

They deserve a zero star. Im not sure how they got my name and number. *** tried for two years to discontinue the texts and calls with no luck. Ive tried blocking their phone number but they use multiple numbers. I just spoke with them again and asked them to remove my name and number. When I spoke to their rep he kept calling me by first name like we were buddies and blamed their marketing department for the mix up. He assured me my info will be removed. Time will tell.Heliosun LLC

Terrible business. After damaging my ac unit because the crew was moving to fast they sent out a ac tech who replaced the coolant line on my older unit. The repair lasted for a month and then went down again. I alerted **** that the system had stopped working and waited for 2 days to get a response from the construction manager. I am paying out of pocket to replace the unit now because **** didn't really care about the .intake in the first place. I was sold things that weren't installed and wasn't notified that the product was no longer available until the work was being completed. I also never signed off on the completion of the project as I was waiting for the ac to be repaired, but **** submitted for payment without my signature. I do not recommend using this company for any work. They are .ore expensive, will not treat your property with care, and poor customer service.Heliosun LLC

Hello *****,Thank you for your honest feedback about your experience with Odin Energy. After looking into your account, there are records that during our install at your property, our General Manager notified the Account Manager that our techs had accidentally broken a refrigerant line on the ** unit. Our General Manager contacted our HV** team at GRS to come out and repair the refrigerant line. The team from GRS was out on Monday, April 3rd, 2023 to fix the refrigerant line. Our General Manager mentioned that you had initially asked about the warranty for the refrigerant line that was repaired, to which our General Manager informed you that if the refrigerant line were to break again, we would send our team from GRS back out and repair the line, but nothing else regarding the ** unit. When you notified our Account Manager that the refrigerant line stopped working, our Account Manger let our General Manager know, and he got in touch with GRS to request a date to have them return to fix it. As of May 10th, 2023, we are just waiting for scheduling confirmation from GRS to return for the repair. The items that were not able to be installed on your project were the "Radiant Barrier". Unfortunately, we do not and have not ever installed Radiant Barrier, which your rep ******** on at point of sale. Our Director of Operations contacted your rep after we received your project details and asked your rep to contact you and explain to you that we do not install radiant barriers and that that would not be included in your project. The Radiant Barrier was never priced into your deal originally, it was always listed under customer promises which means it was an added service at no additional cost to you.We were able to finalize your project as complete with the financing company on 04/04/2023, as all of the items sold to you were completed and installed on 03/30/2023, along with GRS coming out to fix the refrigerant line immediately that following Monday, 04/03/2023. Your project was not marked as complete with the financing company until 04/04/2023, once GRS' work was completed. We thank you for your feedback and for being a valued customer of ******************!Review fromBrandon G

5 starsA++++. Odin Energy did a fantastic job with our home's energy efficiency upgrades. They were punctual, professional, and took the time to explain each step of the process. Our attic insulation and duct sealing have made a significant difference in our home's comfort, and we're excited to see the long-term savings on our energy bills. I can't recommend Odin Energy enough - they truly exceeded our expectations, and it feels so good to know that we have reduced our carbon footprint so much!
