We purchased solar from this company and I have been trying to get ahold of them for roughly 3 months. Now when I go online I see their website has been taken down and no one answers the mobile numbers I have for ************ Arroyo. In the past 10 months since purchasing solar, we have saved little to no money year over year. I have spoke to *** Services USA, which has been very helpful, and they are trying to figure out why the system is not saving us money. I am concerned we are stuck with a $75K system that is not doing what we were told it would do. I am simply looking for some guidance on how to go about this situation. Thanks in advance.

Aldo Arroyo with Luminous Energy sold us our second solar system. I have recorded conversations between him and myself. He told us the system he was having installed on our house would produce enough energy to run our entire house and cover at least 90% of our electric bill on its own, without our existing system. A year later- I am paying our first solar system bill, our second solar bill sold to us by **** and an APS bill. We are now paying more money than we ever have before. When I called sun service ***- the installer of the system purchased from **** they said the system was operating as it should and the amount of energy it produces is a result of the design **** at Luminous Energy submitted. After several unanswered phone calls, messages and emails, I finally received a phone call from *****. She claims **** was no longer with the business and there was nothing they could do to help me that they were simply the salesman. I want my system adjusted to produce what was promised. I cannot afford three electric bills (2 solar and 1 APS). My December bills totaled almost $600! **** is a horrible person who lies to people by making verbal promises he cant keep and then refusing to follow through. I will be seeking legal advice. This company shouldnt be allowed to operate anymore. **** also owns Luminous Builders. I have seen the reviews for both of his companies and I am not the only customer dealing with this type of situation.

On June 29, 2023, I signed a contract with Luminous Energy to have a solar and landscape bundle for my home. The amount financed is $53,429.37 for the entire bundle. For the landscaping portion alone $22,600 has been financed. The business promised to have my landscaping complete with a timeline of 2 weeks after the installation of the solar which was August 23rd, 2023. I would like to have a full refund of the landscaping portion as the service has not been completed. The company has failed to communicate effectively time and time again. More than one appointment has been missed due to their lack of professionalism. After escalating my situation with T&K which is the name of the actual solar company who was financed, they (Luminous) gave us a set date to have the project completed and that date was not fulfilled. The reasoning given to me was about issues with their materials and that is the same excuse given to me 3 months ago of why my project has been so delayed. I am going on 6 months of my project not being completed and 2 months of paying a financed project since my first payment. Today December 22nd, 2023, the landscapers hired by Luminous have dropped off material which is entirely incorrect. We are missing 450 square feet of pavers. We are missing 18x15 amount of turf and an entire 12 tons of gravel. The turf that has been left today is a cheap material and not the turf agreed upon. Non of the material dropped off today has been installed and we do not want it installed as it is not correct. They have been ignoring our phone calls.

Finance Amount- $65,000 Contract date: Aug. 26, 2022 Loan# L22-AZ-0291081 Business Name- Luminous ************************* Dividend Solar Finance My case specific: Misrepresentation of services to be provided. False claim to provide money, in the form of a check, to be used towards "energy efficient" service; i.e. landscape, windows treatments, etc.Eventually, we were informed that Luminous Builders should be able to cut their landscaper the check. Wjat we soon realized was that the issue is because it's over $600, they will need to have the landscaper of choice complete tax paperwork and he will need to report that as taxable income. This is not good because now he is paying taxes AND dealer fees on the $13000. He's probably being charged 20%-30% dealer fees on the $13,000, as well as now having to pay another 25% tax on that if they release a check to him personally. So that $13000 is going to actually be about $20,000 after dealer fees and and taxes. We, the consumer, are forced to pay exponentially more than anyone should for the same services that could be rendered for 40% less in cost.*********************** was the sales pitch guy who made promises to "personally hand deliver" a check in our name. ****** eventually ghosted our calls for answers after 2 months went by with nothing to show, check not delivered and zero contact in regards to getting any work done to our yard.
