I ordered a piece of used equipment from this specific dealership. I was guaranteed delivery by a specific date. The dealership has postponed shipment twice due to not having a reliable transport in place. Shipping was paid for up front. This piece of equipment was guaranteed by a set date and it has no been delivered. They will not communicate with via phone and shady button me everytime I call. However, they did offer via email to send a bank check by the end of April. I do not want a bank check. I wanted the money wired back to my account or a cashier's check. I do not trust this company to follow good on their promises. They have too many management and mechanical issues within their company. I ordered this equipment because I need it to prep for the construction of our home.

I have purchased a tractor online from a company called Equipment One LLC. **************************** ******** ** *****, Sales person name was *************************. He is the sales manager. The purchased was made on March 10, 2023, I received a bill of sale and an invoice #********. The total amount of the purchase including shipping was $13,800. ***** said the only method of payment was through a wire transfer. The information that was giving to me was the following, Bank:Bank of America Account name: A Heavy Equipment LLC Account number: ************ Routing number: ********* . ***** said my equipment would be delivered on Tuesday March 21, 4p-6p. I reached out two days prior to confirm delivery. I was told that the trailer was broken and in the shop for repairs, and the new arrival day would be the March 24. I responded to email and asked why I wasn't informed about the delivery change. I received no response. I called several times no answer, no voicemail. I called this morning March 23, and ***** answered the phone, I asked him what the status of my equipment was, he stated, he would check on a few things on call me back in a few minutes. Hours passed no response, I also called several times and no response. This is why I decided to reach out to the BBB. I also filed a request with my Bank to recall the wire. My bank informed that it would take 3-5 days to see if I can get my money back. All communication was done through email with *****.
