This is NOT an animal hospital! They should NOT be doing surgery of any type! I brought my dog to them after having trouble giving birth, I was told she needed a C-Section and should be spayed to save her life. After surgery doctor called and said we can pick her up at 6:30 just before they closed. When we arrived at 6:15 they took us back to a room and had me sign paperwork and pay the ****. After sometime a different doctor that didnt preform the surgery came in and said my dog is bleeding and its concerning . They are re-wrapping her bandage. When my dog came in the room she had blood pouring out of the bandages and left a trail of blood down the hallway. They handed me a pamphlet for emergency animal hospitals and said they are closing & not open 24 hours, they do not have blood if she needs it, and I should take her somewhere else.As soon as the doctor at BluePearl Animal hospital took off her bandages they knew she was bleeding because her incision was not properly closed. They needed staples to the incision and the bleeding stopped, they properly monitored her all night and did have to give her a transfusion because of the blood she lost.In the morning one of the doctors from Sarival called to check on my dog, apparently his staff didnt fill him in, I told him what happen. He said, complications of surgery happens . This wasnt a complication of surgery it was negligence on their doctors!
