I remember this person. I told him that I had lost his tube and apologized. This person was extremely unforgiving and became quite rude and condescending and jumped all over me and turned into a bully and yelled and we had an exchange that was less than peaceful. I am a ******* veteran and I after the experience that I received, specially near Veteran's day which is coming, is not the best time of the year for me to be dealing with someone who is the "bully" because they are not going to be happy with me as I will NOT take it very well and I WILL most likely get back in their face even as a business owner where as I am supposed to handle it and swallow.... no, not this time or anytime that someone acts out.. I personally think that he is not taking his meds. No business can please everyone and I surprised him with my reactions after making the effort to make it right.
He left the part out about how he reacted, actually turning into someone who was kind of throwing a fit..... over a lost tube..
I then let him know that I was not going to allow someone to act out at me in the way that he was.
I try to filter out people in by business that I do not want to work for and I did not listen to myself this time.
yes I lost this tube and he was extremely unforgiving and actually wrote me a text informing me that there were three negative reviews posted and if I wanted to have them stop then I need to find his tube, which I had already found, but at this point I did not want him around and wrote back that he could have someone bring the bike in but he was not welcome back to my shop and here is one of the reviews left.
I would like people to go to ****** and look up ''The bike Doc of green valley and check out all of the other reviews.
I understand that I am writing a book here and I am forced to defend myself because of lost a tube.
REALLY!
I as a business owner am in the firing line of anyone.
and I think that we all know that it is not the same anymore. We are all in this together and live in each other's world and some of us need to understand and be more compassionate and loving.
