I contacted Nest Design for architectural services in August of 2021. The owner, ****, urged that we start the process immediately. I refrained in order to obtain *** approval for the construction I was seeking to do first. Happy I did as my initial plans were rejected. We eventually did get approval from the *** and proceeded with **** and Nest Design. In November of 2021 - per the contract we outlined - I completed my payment to **** to submit my design and plans to our town for approval. Our plans were not submitted by Nest Design until March of ********************************* our building process. **** ceased almost all communication with me once he was paid in full. To date I have more than 10 instances where I placed phone calls, text messages and emails to **** and Nest Design LLC for an update on our building permit with absolutely zero response. It is now November 22nd 2022 and I have had no communication from Nest Design LLC on my building permit. I have had to contact the town directly for updates. As an example of their lack of communication abilities, I have reached out on 08/25, 08/26, 08/29, 08/30, 08/31 and 09/22 with no response from the business, owner, or any employee of the organization. I have over 25 examples between November of 2021 and now where I reached out to the business and owner on several occasions and was ignored for days, sometimes weeks on end. My experience has led me to believe that Nest Design LLC and ********************* - the business owner - does not care about delivering the product or services that they advertise that they provide. They care about getting paid...even if the job is done or if it isn't, which unfortunately in my case - the job isn't done. Still.
