  Had a 13,000 dollar paver driveway added to the side of the house. It is now separating in a corner of the job that was done...They want to charge me more money to fix this....Telling me this happens....Got news for them.... this does not happen..... Telling me it's minimal movement..... Have had paver jobs done before and there are no movements.....

  We did another paver job for *** on June 1. We called to follow up on the work that was recently done and he stated that the work went ok but that we need to come back out because it's separating - there's a bigger gap. He sent in a picture and our Supervisor (and the one who did the job). This issue was from a job that we did December 2020. As you can see in the picture, there is minimal movement which we told the client that we would come back to fix it (for a charge since it has been almost 18 months and he parks heavy trailers on it). This is an issue we would gladly go out and fix for him - things do settle in Arizona, especially with heavy use. We also could have easily fixed this when we were there to do his recent work on June 1. 

  Our Supervisor also offered to do this work at no charge after the client said he would file a complaint.

  We did go out and make the repair at no charge. Had the client mentioned this to us when we were doing his most recent work we could have taken care of it at the same time. The movement was minimal, as can happen when parking on pavers, and we repaired it.

  Yes they came out and did repair.... But don't tell a customer sure you can park a Class C motor home on it.... If that is a bunch of crap...Since then Motor home has been sold and now my 9 foot cargo trailer sets on those pavers...If you look at picture again you will see it is the corner that needed the repair... This is the back end of the job that was done....So yeah nothing has been drivin that far back to have that corner seperate.... All I can say about this Company is Buyer Beware.......
