Worst hotel I ever stayed. We had spiders in our room the elevator was out and my wife is *** when booked the hotel over the phone they failed to mention the elevator was out. The room wasnt nice and the bed was horrible. The balcony doorway wasnt even sealed to keep the cold weather out. Plus we had a spider infestation in our room. $275 a night for this less than 1 star hotel. We even told the hotel clerk my wife is *** they didnt even offer her a room on a lower floor we were booked on the third floor. Ill never go there again.

My dear ***************, our front desk manager, took your wifes reservation on 2/26/2024. ***** did inform your wife about the elevator being out of service and your wife mentioned she saw the banner on our website noting the elevator was out of service. It is a 1926 **** Elevator and needed some parts machined to restore service. *******, our front desk clerk, checked you both in without issue. We use top quality Serta mattresses that are used in many high-end resorts around the country. Our furnishings in all rooms/suites are Mission Style and American made to commercial standards. If you were not satisfied with the dcor, I must take responsibility as it was my choice. I will also admit the bathroom in that room is one of the originals and lacks in modern standards. While the hotel is located on a mountain, we do get treated for pests regularly. ***** checked you both out and received no concerns or complaints at that time and remembers it as a pleasant interaction. We cannot address issues if we are unaware of them. I am very sorry your stay met with such disapproval. My staff and I are very proud of the hotel but realize there are some who will not enjoy it.
