On Oct. 19th we started having issues with a pipe leaking in our wall between our ******************* We put in a claim and roto- Rooter came to fix everything, or so I thought. At first things where moving so I was grateful, after they came and ripped both my kitchen and bathroom sink out and treated the mold everything got put on a standstill. Since Nov 11th after things were pulled out and the mold was treated I have had to call or text them to get any information about when they will be out to fix my wall and put up my sinks. On Nov. 18th they finally came out to at least put my kitchen sink up after I practically begged them because it was almost Thanksgiving, I have 4 kids, cooking was becoming a problem, we where having to buy fast food almost every night or buy throw away ************** because we couldn't wash dishes. After all the stress of trying to get them out to fix my wall, finally came and put my kitchen sink in. I thought great, ill have a sink again only to find out that they actually broke my sink and claimed no responsibility. They ***** rigged it back into place, see how long it lasts. After I figured they would be back, they have been back a couple times. Once to look at it and say "oh we don't have the correct tools, we will be back to fix it" never showed back up till I called on a later date. Back again to put up a piece of drywall, said "we will be back tomorrow" never showed up. Back again to put some putty around the edges, again said "be back tomorrow to finish it up" never showed back up. Only time they come out to do anything is if I text, even then I don't always get a reply back. At one point my kids where sick for a couple days couldn't get ride of a cough, 3 weeks later got a text after I initiated texting, asking if we were still sick, as if that was the reason they didn't show. Wall still not fixed and I have not had an actual wall or bathroom sink for to long. And yes, I do have multiple texts messages with all the excuses.
