I paid in full for dental work this fall, it was charged to my credit card ( over $8,000). I am not going to be needing all the services I was charged for. I requested a refund, I asked to be given a check for the refund, was told they would not do that, Instead they re-billed my credit card for the original $8,000-approx. I had my balance down to $5,000 It is now back to over $12,000!!!! I have called the credit card company several times over the past few weeks, was told the problem was on the dentist's end-not releasing the funds back to my account. I called the dentist several times & told them the problem. Yesterday 12-19-22 we went to the office, was told they were not aware there was an issue- a lie!!! We called & told them several times, they gave me an attitude like I was bothering them. This is all the fault of Mangeldorf Dentistry for rebilling mu card. Asked dentist why they just didn't cut me a check for the original *********** told us they didn't want to be charged!! Yet they can cause all this stress to a customer. Lady ahead of us wanted them to mail her **************************** told them they don't want to pay for postage!! How cheap is this outfit? I am a handicapped senior & my husband is a veteran senior with cancer, this is causing us undue stress!!!!!!! I need this taken care of ASAP or I want to know how to file a legal action. This is going to cause me or my spouse to have a heart attack. My credit card statement will be processed in a few ******** am scared to death this extra charge plus interest will be added to my bill!!!!!!! I wish to pursue legal action & have this business reported for what they have done!!!!!!!!! Or else I should have an entire refund for the procedure for all the ********************** they have caused ******* husband!!!!!
