On June 2 2022 I received a bid from *************************** of Cactus **** excavating for complete septic tank install on my property in golden valley **. He told me he was a contractor and would handle the permits and the county I wouldnt have to do anything. The price was 9500$ with **** up front to start. I payed this and I have the invoice and receipts for both. He told me it will be done in 4-6 weeks. June 21 I messaged ***** to check on the progress and he updated me about the holes he had made for the perk test being done on next week. July 21 I messaged ***** on how the install is going and he responded I havent heard anything back from the county yet. I also asked about the perk test and he said its been done just waiting on the county. I contacted the county to see if a permit was applied for and I was informed nothing has been done no permit application so on July 27 I asked ***** again about the permit he had not got a permit yet. August 2 I asked ***** if there was someone at the county I could call and help with the permit and he said he will go in to the county and get answers. August 10 I asked if he had any luck and I havent heard back. August *************************************************************************************** and they checked with the permit department and found nothing. They also checked and found out for me that hes not even a contractor. I left a message with him on august 11 and told him about the inquiries and requested my money back because of the fraud and not septic work being completed. It has now been 9 weeks and no permit and not work done I have the receipt for ****$ that I have payed and I want my money back.Initial Complaint

***** at Cactus **** excavating was hired in June of 2021 to do our septic for our property that we purchased. The perk test was done in September 2021. After me bugging for updates and numerous excuses as to why it is not in process of getting our septic done after paying him in full for tank perk and all work to be done ***** informs us that we need to sign a paper stating if city gets sewer we will connect to it in 30 days. That was signed on February 9th 2022. He keeps informing me that the county is giving the run around.We just want him to do and complete the work or give us a full refund.Perfer he fulfill his obligation that he made June 2021.
