5/3/24 Checked into the Travelodge in Kingman. #*** has bed bugs. The owner told us that we're unappreciated of him helping. All hotels jacked their prices up, he charged us at a cheaper rate, while continuing to show my wife the prices of what their charging. Went so far to even call them while my wife stood there. We were told that if we don't like it, leave without a refund and he'll never rent to us again. Stayed here all of Feb. And March been back an forth since March 13th another words the Wyndham points he don't honor when he's under contract for Wyndham. He even showed my wife the ** statues of why he don't have to pay us our money back and we said something lastnight with a response of, **** put you in different room. I also couldn't work today, I was up all night, for I'm allergic to bed bugs. 106 has bed bugs as well as 212. This is the same guy who rents these rooms to individuals with no care in the world. So if others are complaining about this business, they're not lieing. He charges others by if their dirty or not..The one pic is bite marks on lower back. Video is obviously a live bed bugs. This place needs to be shut done till it's gone through with a fine comb.Initial Complaint

We booked this hotel a few hours in advance of our trip through kingman. I had not considered all the terrible reviews on it on the internet as people tend to exaggerate things like this. We arrived and the office was dark and a man came out in pijamas to greet us he was in a very bad mood and was not welcoming at all. He took my credit card and proceeded to charge me more than the quoted price on the 3rd party website. We got to our room and the handle stuck, the door looked like it had been kicked in or something terrible had happened to it. Two beds inside. A table and tv stand that looked like it hadnt been dusted in ages. The floor was not leveled and creaked loudly when we walked on it. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and on the floor. We are mold sensitive as we had a severe leak in a home we lived in in the recent past. Within minutes of being in that room my jaw and war started burning. My husbands leg and arm started to hurt. My nose began to burn. We could not sleep in that room even if we tried. This place is a health hazard to all- guests and employees. Id love to see it shut down and repaired, the staff retrained in safe health practices and customer service skills, and I need my money back. We were in the room maybe 10 minutes and Expedia would not give me my 89$ back. It doesnt sound like a lot of money but to a family with 3 young children every ***** counts. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I have photos for reference If needed.
