My Harley Davidson has been in the shop since June 2023 and it is now **** and they still have my bike. I have been paying insurance on it while my motorcycle sits in their shop. This is unacceptable! They had a worked order and among them was to paint and replaced my rear fender. I went to see the progress in December and the paint did not match and the other items in the work order were never performed!!No explanation given, we looked it over and they need to be replaced. That was on the work order !!I have taken time off and missed many toys runs and veterans runs. This needs to be addressedBusiness response

We have been waiting on painted parts from the manufacturer, some of which were not available. We also waited for the local painter to match the paint on the fender the customer supplied. Work is expected to be completed shortly, but the delays are out of our control.Customer response

Parts that needed to be painted sat for months in your shop ! I called the painter and told me he was waiting for the parts to be delivered, this was totally in your control.
You did not addressed the antenna, latch, windshield well nut that were placed on the original work order, what is the reason for the delays on those, been seven months !
You had items on the bill that were never replaced but billing me for it, only when I pointed them the rust and scuffs you agree they were not replaced and are still the original parts of my bike. Very shady and fraudulent to be billed on parts not replaced !
in the seven months my bike has been there, only two calls to me and those are after I left voicemails to be called back.

I was charged and had to pay 2.6 hours of labor for a job that only took 1.5 hours and was told by general manager ben that thats how they do things at harley davidson. I should not have to pay labor on work that isnt done i brought my bike in at 930 and was called at 11 to pick it up that dose not add up to 2.6 hours
