I tried to buy tires and wheels here for 1150$ was told by the company they would have my merchandise the next day if i paid that day. After I paid I was told that they wouldnt have my merchandise until Thursday. Thursday came and the company did not have my order. The company lied to me numerous times claiming to have called me a couple days earlier to tell me about the delay. I recieved no call no voicemails and no messages. The company then told me that they didnt have my contact information and that the company didnt find out about the delay until the day before the order was due. Without out my contact information and with the company not finding out about the delay until the day before the order was due how can the company claim to have called me days earlier. They lied to me to try to keep my business. After requesting a cancellation of the order and confirming the cancellation with the company over the phone I started to receive numerous phone calls from ohb tire even though I told the company to stop contacting me that our business was concluded. The company continued to call. After refusing to accept multiple calls from this company they started sending me text messages threatening not to issue my refund until I called them. When I didnt call I received even more messages threatening to charge me a restocking fee even though the company admitted the order never arrived. The messages and calls continued until I contacted the finance company to cancel the order myself and contacted the police to file harassment against this company. After contacting the police the messages and calls stopped. This company uses underhanded tactics to get business by lying to the customers. Then when asking for a refund they try to hold refunds hostage in order to keep your business then threaten to charge bogus fees if you dont do business with them. In April 2021 I bought a set of tires and OHB tires. The issue at hand is I only had the tires 3 months from purchasing the tires are splitting and became a safety issue which I could no longer drive on for fear of a blowout which was a safety issue. From time of purchase till tires became unsafe it was roughly 3 months less than ****** miles. So I had to purchase new tires. Upon taking them back to ohb,he took the tires from me and I was told he the owner he had to deal with this manufacturer or person he bought them from to see what they wanted to do. After more than a month stopping back three times. I was told I can get 60% off tires. Which was no longer needed because I already bought new tires. In summary I was left with a 100% on nothing No Tires and No Cash, which is unacceptable. I just want a refund.Initial Complaint

I bought four tires at $800. I bought two at a time two weeks apart. Well the first two tires are good and look great, well the second two have almost not tread left on them. I contacted OHB about it and all he said he could do is measure what tread is left and give me a credit towards a new tire. It would pretty much be the exact same price as a new tire. I have only had these tire 6 months. They are suppose to come with a ****** mile warranty but nope they don't honor what they say. I brought this up to them multiple times. The first time they rotated my tires to see if that would help but it did not. I had my truck aligned like they suggested and it was fine so it has to be bad tires.inwas never rude or mean I just don't understand why I can buy 2 tires and have them be just fine and they by 2 more and they wore out so fast I have to get new tires again just to be safe.Initial Complaint

I bought four and then I'm tired from any company called ohb tires in ******* *******. I bought two tires at a time two weeks apart the first two tires I bought no problems with the second two tires I bought is almost no tread left on them. I brought them back to the company to see what they can do they said I would have to buy two more tires I haven't even on these tires for less than 6 months. Help me figure out what to do about these two tires. I was hoping that if I contacted you maybe you can help me out and figure out what to do I really like my tires it's just a second too have like no tread left on them.
