      I took my van into advanced transmission honor approximately 17 February. I had the vehicle towed over there because the owner informed me that there was no fee for diagnosis. I let the owner know that I needed a price for the insurance company. The owner inform you would be a couple days so he could give me a price and once again told me there would be no fee for diagnosis. Three days later, the insurance company could not get a hold of them. They would not send pictures, so I had to go down there takeoff work and get pictures for the insurance company. after three weeks of ******, and trying to reach them, they would not release the vehicle until a fee of $1040 was paid for the diagnosis. A pint arriving to get my vehicle. The issued me an invoice for removal and installation of the transmission. However the transmission and all the parts are boxed up and thrown in the back of the van , I never authorized any service on this vehicle whatsoever. And furthermore, they just threw everything in the back upon leaving. I told the customer service manager that I intend to pursue this and that I felt I was wrong. He stated go ahead the boss never loses even people with a lot of money, have tried and failed horrible business

      The cover letter of the attachment states the details.A used transmission was installed in August 2022. It failed within 60 days. I contacted the business and was advised that due to Covid, another transmission was not available.***** at Advanced Transmission helped me find another one and it was already agreed that I could have it installed near my residence because I live 230 miles from Kingman.The work has been done and now I would like to be reimbursed under the warranty.The owner of the shop (***)will not communicate with **** was given his cell number, it goes straight to voice mail so I have text him requesting reimbursement.

      I took my 1998 dodge ram into the shop to get it looked at I got told that my transmission needed to be Fixed I waited for my truck to get done, and it was hot in that shop for three months. I got my truck back and the day I got it back I took it right back to the shop because it sounded really horrible. They did not tell me anything else. They just said that they would check the transmission they said I needed to buy a transfer case so I spent more money buying a transfer case so then they can fix it because they said they would not look my transmission unless I had got a transfer case the shop has been there multiple times on multiplications and it never seem to get fixed. I was not told anything about my rear driveshaft that it was damaged and it was unsafe to drive while they let me drive around with my truck not telling me that there was damage to the driveshaft that needed to be fixed. There was bolts missing from my transfer case to my transmission wires not connected they did not connect my speedometer back. It's still not connected. A lot of things have not been done, and they are not wanting to fix ************ vehicle is for me and my kids only vehicle that I have I don't know what else to do

      This body shop made promises about my vehicle being finished a few times over and had my vehicle in their shop for just over a month. They said they were going to get parts and would then in turn say they didn't have them. They said it would be done at the beginning of one week then it would be done this day and that day. I had my vehicle towed there on May 11th 2023 and did not get it back until June 12th 2023. In return I had to extend my rental car four times because of the work not done on my vehicle. The owner's brother said he would get with his brother *** to compensate me for the rental. Never got a call back to this day.

      We are sorry to hear you did not have the epersinse we strive to give our customers. The customer has stated that he dropped the vehicle off May 11th of 2023 and did not get it back until June 12 of 2023. We have reviewed the invoice history and the customer dropped the vehicle off May 15 of 2023 and the work completed on the vehicle was done May 25 of 2023. In our warranty it states we do not cover towing and or rental car services. Again we are sorry for any inconveniences this customer has experienced.

      I paid for a complete transmission rebuild. It took 2 months which involved flying on my end. Upon picking up the truck, by the time I made it **** miles the transmission wasnt working in forward or reverse. I waited a week to get a call back from the company but nothing. Another transmission shop is having to do a complete rebuild. Im out $3500.

      RESPONCE TO *************************** COMPLAINT **** HAS A 1 YEAR OR ****** MILE WARRANTY.  CUSTOMERS SIGN AND IS AWARE THAT UNDER WARRANTY VEHICLE IS BROUGHT BACK TO THE **** IS ANY ISSUES.  ************** VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY THEREFORE WE WOULD NEED PROOF OF REPAIRS FROM EITHER ************** OR **** WERE IT WAS REPAIR.
