I brought my truck into this shop with FOUR issues to be corrected:#1 Cam and rocker replaced and you had recommended main and rod bearings, as well... including oil sensor and thermostat. Although, I also asked for main seal and crank seal to be replaced. I purchased the cam myself from ATL in ** which is a Billet cam for them to install.#2 OIL Temp issue to be resolved as my truck Rarely exceeded 210 on a normal basis, (in the 2.5 yrs I've owned it) prior to the last few weeks. This has NOT been resolved and has hit 240 degrees again and have had to stop to allow cooling. (See attached pic)#3 Leak on the front on the engine, in which NOW... is WORSE than before I brought it into this shop! (Hard to see and attached pic I tried to shine a flashlight to make it more visible but it's easily seen by the naked eye).#4 Major air leak, When I asked the mechanic, ****** about it, he said Nothing and a minute after... a younger (skinny) guy standing there, blurted out, "oh... I looked and could only find a leak at the tank". Sure... and WHY did he not alert me of this and FIX it?? Hmmm... Later, they claimed that they did fix it. Right. And now, even the engine is much louder (making clicking and clanging noises) than it was previously and the new shop where it is at, said that this is not normal, but they can readjust it and check other things that *** cause this.

Customer's truck had at least $20,000 in *********************** that were needed to fix his truck correctly he advised us what he wanted us repair and he supplied his own aftermarket parts, and we did exactly that. We were very upfront with him warning him that unless all critical repairs were performed there was no guarantee that the truck would make it even ten miles from our shop, customer stated he did not have enough funds for all the repairs so he chose what repairs were made, this is why on his invoice we clearly stated there was no warranty for any of the repairs made and he was completely happy with that and signed the invoice. We will not be scammed into paying for any repairs on his truck he knew exactly what he was doing.

Half of what is stated here is complete garbage-Lies!!

I told him the reasons why I brought my truck in. It needed to be fixed as stated in my orinal complaint. They  replaced the cam, a rocker, oiltemp thermostat, oiltemp sensor and the main/rod bearings. That's it.

I told him from the start that the oil was overheating and needed to be resolved. When I took it out for a test drive afterwards it still did the exact same thing. Also my engine became twice as loud as it was prior knocking and clanging and I took it into another shop and they told me that that was unnecessary and ridiculous that they would look into it.

But as stated in my original complaint those were the issues that I had when I went in and the only thing that was resolved were the bearings, cam and one rocker to be replaced along with the thermostat and sensor they did nothing else. They never told me that I had to stick $20,000 into my engine to properly fix it they were basically confused from day one in regards to what would take care of the problem.

They didn't guarantee the job because they didn't want to have me coming back. Even after I took it out for a test drive and told them that I was still having an issue they denied me from going back into the shop saying that someone else is in your spot now and we need to concentrate on that truck.

They were no longer interested in helping me unless I was to pay more money!

As far as I'm concerned, they need to refund me $2,200 so that I can apply that towards the repair that needs to be done that they should have done. The new repair is coming up to $5,000.
