  Fence install started july 2021,completed oct 2021.I paid $24,000. For this chain link ***************************** with privacy screens all around. Which is still not completely finished. He still has not installed finials on the front &he was paid in full. I have had trouble with this fence & all 3 RV gates from the beginning. The gates don't align properly & have to be kicked to be opened & closed. I have asked for this to be fixed on several occasions. Half the time he never answers a text or email. Doesn't return phone calls from msgd we left. In aug 2021 areas of the fence in large sections started to fall over for the 1st time. Again, sept 2021, Aug 2022, mar 2023, & possibly 1 other. All the repairs & issues continue to happen in the same repair locations as prior repairs. It seems they don't go down deep enough as the poles lean concrete is coming out, and its extremely shallow. I feel so strongly this should have never occured & or continue to occur. It should all be under warranty since they are not new areas. In fact the same. Mar 2023 I informed him the fence fell again, during wind but also repaired twice prior & should be covered under warranty.At this point i feel its neglegence on his part. He never informed me he was going to my home to repair or give me an estimate. Just took it upon himself to go & take my fence down to the ground & later that day sends a text to inform me there will be a charge. Still has never informed me of an amount. How unprofessional to remove someone's fence without their permission & expect them to pay whatever they decide after the Repair. Still no repair. My fence is laying on the ground, roughly 200 feet of it. The other side, at least 50 feet of it is being braced by poles. There are other minor issues as well. He has been snarky & rude from the very beginning. I absolutely do not want to do business with the **. I do however need a lot of my money back to call another ** to pay for repairs to correct problems this ** has made

  Your fence and your home is in a wide open equestrian area with the fastest wind areas in havasu. Your fence post are more than deep enough in the ground. ***** in the ground. Attached is a photo of the schedule 20 fence post bent over at the ground level. I have talked to the *** we are not responsible for acts of god. 70 mph winds are acts of god. Your roof and shed were damaged during the last wind storm. How about the fact that it isnt our mis doing of installation, its the fact that its the direct wind flow area of your property.
