            I purchased a bar and 6 barstools and after delivery of the bar and 3 barstools I realized I did not need but 5 and called and cancelled 1 from being back ordered. When I went to pick the barstools up there were only 2 barstools available to take, so the cancellation of the third was successful. I asked the salesperson "******" could she just refund 1 barstool without me coming down and she said that she would need the credit card used to refund the money or I could get in-store credit for the barstool. I went and looked for something for the value of the barstool and did not find anything. I asked for the money to be refunded and her manager said she would not refund the money because they had to order the barstools. They delivered the set the next day of me purchasing it. The barstools did not show up until weeks later. They had plenty of time to call and cancel the 1 stool, which they did.I have never had this type thing happen over such a small amount of money and I feel they should give me my money back since I called in time to stop the shipment of the extra barstool and was told by the salesperson that I could get a refund if I brought my credit card down in person.
