I ordered online groceries from safeway.com on December 8th 2023 and when I receive my items there was a few items that were missing and things that were substituted that I did not request I immediately after I unloaded all my groceries I went online to submit the request for the refund and their website said to contact customer service so I contacted customer service and they said they were going to take care of it and put the credits through I then tried calling again the next day to find out if the credit was going to be put through cuz it didn't sound like the customer service agent knew what she was doing and they said yes and you should have receive it within 3 to 5 business days so 3 to 5 business days transpired and I still never received no credit I called back again and I got someone else and they said that yes it was put through and you should receive a credit I still have not received no credit and the credit total was $19.39 of what I should have received so then I called on December 21st and the person said he doesn't know what happened and he'll try to run it through again and I should receive a credit and here it is today December 27th checked my bank and I still have no credit of $19.39 this is ridiculous this many days and I still have not received a credit when I used a debit card it should have been credited immediately and the the reference order number was **********. I want my credit immediately this is getting a little ridiculous for items that I did not never receive an items at work substituted without my permission and charge more money this is totally ridiculous and I want my money back to my account immediately. And the Safeway customer service support number was ************. I hope someone can get this resolved and get my money back to my account for the stupid items I never got totally ridiculous for a company this size is treating customers this way. The reason why I had to do the online deliveries because I did not have a vehicle to go to the store so that's why and I paid the extra money and tip the driver which is totally ridiculous that I have to be treated this way thank you and please get a result. *******************************
