On 4/27/24 We DROVE our 2018 SPRINT VAN TO FACILITY, we live within 2.5 miles ONLY TO BE TOLD ***** min later that our oil pan is bent & s**** is lose all the oil is out! If the oil ran out or was leaking we would have had a trail from our home! Also we would have been TOLD W/ IN 5 min or less theres a leak!! This VAN IS ALWAYS IN TOP SHAPE THERE IS NOT ONE MAINTENANCE REPORT WITH AN ISSUE OF OIL LEAK, PAN DAMAGE etc! THIS IS OUR 1st TIME going to Valvoline. The manager **** ADMITTED TO FAULT & stated they (VALVOLINE) would cover tow / repair cost then reneged once tow came! THIS IS OUR COMPANY VAN USED TO TRANSPORT SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN FOR OUR BUSINESS. I called corporate filed a complaint ONLY TO BE TOLD **** GETS TO MAKE FINAL DECISION? BUT THEY WOULD FORWARD COMPLAINT TO ****** WHO IS REGIONAL ************ would have ***** hrs to respond. As of today (5/7/24) we have not heard back so I contacted corporate again via chat. You can see conversation in attached files. I dont understand how the manager who broke our oil pan & stripped s**** gets the final say? How is the person who created mistake the one who gets to correct or decide the end? I told the rep at corporate of course **** wont find his ********************* unethical bc he knows after several complaints his job is at stake! But you can clearly see that all the reviews on that location that are low ratings are complaining about ****! This needs to be dealt with & treated fairly, we are inconvenienced & appalled at the ******************** from VALVOLINEs *********** & would like a full refund on tow costs, & repairs This is taking our ************ & definitely inconveniencing our business! I We are simply asking they pay for repair & reimbursement of our tow cost. Its clear that we drove in no bent oil pan no leaks no trail or traces of oil & then w/in min told its broken. Please see attached photos & look at other complaints on this very ******************** We appreciate any help, thank you
