If I could give a negative 0 stars I definitely would. On 03-11-2022 I traveled from ****** ** to ******* for my mothers graduation & made the mistake of dinning at Yogis grill. Originally I was excited to eat at a new place but that quickly changed when I received my order only to find Hair in my food a long curly black hair! Keep in mind my hair is Honey Blonde! I immediately notified the server who was very apologetic and took the plate from my table. I thought my order being remade but the server soon returned & advised me that my food would not be remade & I needed to speak with the manager, at this time I did Not request a refund, only that my food is remade. I was advised to call or email the manager Yogi which I did via email, text & call Only to be continuously ignored to this day. I asked the server how long it would take to speak with the manager due to not receiving a response from my call, text , or emails along with my proof of purchase. The sever then called the manger who immediately responded & told the server to advise me to keep trying the server simply put her head down & walked away! Knowing what just happened was wrong! The services we received were beyond **** poor & a complaint has been launched with the BBB. I have yet to receive my money back nor was my food Ever remade. To be made to feel unwelcome in a place where youve spent your hard earned money during times where business are closing left & right youd think the manager would be appreciative when in fact he could careless
