***** is always ready to help in a very prompt manner. He and his employees are very courteous and go above and to make certain your heat out a/c odd working properly at very reasonable prices! I would recommend them to anyone that needs ac work.

One star is too high a rating for this company. They are unreliable, dishonest, inexperienced technicians dispatched and submit false information to the home warranty company. Reported our service request on 7/11/23 and it's 8/26/23 and the issue is still unresolved, even though they've been to our home several times. The owner of Moore Air told us he ordered a part from Trane (which is on backorder), but he told the home warranty company that the issue is resolved. The home warranty told us a part has not been ordered and Moore Air has requested the service ticket be closed as it's resolved. Absolutely untrustworthy people working for and running this company.Recap of experience with this company:7/11/23: request opened 7/12/23: technician arrived, onsite for 30 mins, said he had to leave (not sure why), left & came back over an hour later. Stayed for another 30 mins, said he'd have to return tomorrow between 8am-noon to fix evaporator coil leaks 7/13/23: 10am, we have heard nothing, we called & they said they'll check & call us back 7/13/23: 11am, we haven't heard from them, we called & they said 1pm-5pm window;7/13/23: 12:03pm tech shows up, injects a "stop-leak" into the system, says it's resolved & leaves at 12:30pm 7/13:23: 5:35pm, AC unit is not working, we called tech, says he'll come back tonight or tomorrow 7/14/23: tech does not come out, does not call, we text & hear nothing 7/15/23: home warranty company calls & leaves message with Moore Air, as we've still heard nothing 7/17/23: still nothing from Moore Air, we call, leave a message (rarely ever can reach a live person); they call back & said will come tomorrow 8am-10am 7/27/23: supposed to be here 8am-noon, haven't arrived by noon, we call at noon, 12:20pm & finally reach technician at 2:35pm (we've wasted an entire day waiting)This pattern continues until 8/18 when the owner comes out, says he orders a part, but tells the home owner warranty the issue is resolved & closes the case.

Moore Air is the only HVAC company I will use. Time and time again they provide timely and top notch service. Its rare to find someone like ***** (owner) that genuinely loves what they do. Hes done everything from yearly maintenance, to completely replacing units for me. Great guy and great company!!!
