      Ordered wooden Shutters for my home in early March. Paid my deposit and have NOT been updated by the company after calling in all the time to check status. I was told that my order came in a week after ordering and it was damaged. I was told by my sales rep ****** he was putting a RUSH on it and would keep me informed. I have never received a phone call or email correspondence. I was left hanging for two months. On 5/12/23 I finally reach out and was told by the sales office that she could not see anything other than the order place for some reason there was no tracking history of the Remake request. I called my sale rep ****** and asked why he hastnt returned any of my calls over the past month? He apologized with no explanation I expressed concern regarding the dependability go this company in installing these blinds and backing me up moving forward post install with their lack of communication. I requested my deposit back1/23and cancelled the order informing them I cannot trust my business with them anymore. I called my ********* and put a reversal on the charge and have NOT heard anything just yet. The superior Blinds office called to set up an install date one 5/15/23 despite me cancelling with the sales rep. **** again Im stuck in the middle of these disorganized company.

      To Whom It May ******************* sales person, ****** has been in contact with *********************** over this job. Both myself and my co worker, *****, has been in contact with ******* and his husband, *****, concerning the shutters they ordered from us. We have told them the estimated shipping dates from ***************************. We have told them on several occasions that it is only an "estimated" date, and that Superior Blinds has no control over when the product is actually shipped out from ***************************. On Friday, 5/12/23, I spoke to ******* let him know that his shutters were shipped here on 5/9/23, and they were estimated to be delivered to our store on Monday, 5/15/23. He was not happy with that answer and demanded to speak to ******, our sales person. I contacted ****** and asked him to please call *******. ****** called ******* that same day and spoke to him. ******* was very angry over the phone. He told ****** he wanted to cancel his order. Unfortunately, we can't cancel an order when it has already been custom made for the customer, *******, and on its way to our store for delivery. 

      On Monday, 5/15/23, we received *******'s order from ***************************. I called and left a detailed message for him at 11:17am, that same day. He never returned my call. I had ****** text him during the week as well, with no response at all from *******. I saved 2 appointment times on our schedule for us to install for *******, but he refused to return our calls or texts.

      I reject the response. I had called multiple Times not concerned about the time Fram required to produce my product. I called after NOT hearing from this company. On actually getting through to the reception *** She told me my order was damaged and subsequently now delayed. She defered me to ******************. Multiple calls placed No return calls. I do not wish to continue business with this company who will not back my product up need be should an issue arisen the future. Poor communication/different answers from different employees lost my trust.  As a customer I did not come first . I was lead to believe I had been scammed.

      On 3/29/23 ************************* from Superior blinds sales drafted a work order for two windows in my home for shutters to be installed. He collected 1/2 deposit of $470.00 at this time and informed me that I would be communicated to each step of the ordering process up to and including setting the install dates. I was told about two weeks for order to be received. It is now 5/12/23 and I have yet to be contacted from this company. I have had to reach out several times since and have been given different excuses for the delay in services each call. I placed calls as follows: 4/13/23 I called -told items were damaged and reordered rush and would be informed **** of arrival. 4/17/23 I called for an update. Employee **** told me ,"Their records show no information other than a purchase date/and no shipping date info.." some one would call me back later in week. 4/19/23 voice message received from ******-items will ship 4/26/23 and will status me midweek and call by 4/28/23 . ****** NEVER CALLED. 4/24/23-contacted ****** expressed concern as I was NOT contacted as promised and needed to know what was going on with order and why are in poor communication. 5/3/23 ************** **** reported shipment date for 5/9/23 vague with details. Asked why I was nit informed once again. This office has pitted each employee against one another each call blaming Sales rep versus in office staff for all the misinformation and lack of communication to me. I as the customer have been given the run around with this company unprofessionally utilizing stalling tactics and no interoffice communication along with not contacting me along the way. Called 5/12/23 requesting refund as this business has not proven trustworthy of my business and it has gone beyond a reasonable amount of time for me to wait in the lurch with no customer service/communication all the while holding onto my $470 dollar deposit. I have also contacted my credit card company and filed dispute.

      We placed an order for some new blinds and repair on others in my home back in 10/21.They have been to my home several times to finish the order. The first time the installer came to my home he didn't have the whole order. The next time he came same thing not the full order. Third time he comes he installs the wrong color shutters on my backyard french door . He says the office will reorder the correct color. Now almost 2 months later we get another phone call from ******* who has no customer service skills at all. Shes the one who calls and don't know what she is talking about. All we want is the correct color of full door shutters installed so we don't have to deal with this company ever again.
