I bought a used 2021 Conquest Gulfstream *********** Within 30 days of calling ***** to explain all the broken parts to my **. I asked them to fix 3 things which none of them were fixed. If fact after I left their business my mudflap was caught behind the tire which blew damaging the bottom if my **. They said because I backed up the ** on their property they werent responsible. They refused to help me with fixing the bottom of the ** telling me to make a claim against my insurance. I asked about my extended warranty wouldnt all this be covered they said they called Happy Camper and they told them none of it was covered. I paid $5879.00 for my extended warranty. They said that none of my problems were covered so I canceled my insurance. In that time I found out they never called my insurance company nor did they send the check to **************** for at least 6 weeks. So, though I found out that the items were covered under my extended warranty they lied to me. So, in between when they said I couldnt use the extended warranty the check was never sent till I emailed them. I was scammed, lied to, and didnt disclose broken items.Business response

To Whom it may concern,
This customer had a blowout on her rear tire which she caused when she backed up over an orange cone on our lot which caused her mud flap to flip up onto her rear tire. We instructed her to contact her insurance company to get that issue covered by her insurance company. Damage caused to the ** would be an insurance issue, not a service contract issue. Some of the problems she had could not be replicated upon inspection. We offered to send a technician to her to fix an issue with the ** and she denied that offer. This customer requested that we cancel her service contract and after the cancelation paperwork was submitted to service contract company, she expected the service contract to cover new issues that arose. It typically takes 6-8 weeks for service contract cancelations to process. Her refund was sent to her bank and she has been refunded.

We purchased a 5th wheel from out of state on a zoom call with ****** She said the rig was in very good condition and that the shop would go through everything to make sure it was in working order and would be cleaned before leaving the dealership. Neither of these were done. The oven does not work, the furnace wasnt hooked up, the fantastic fan in the bedroom didnt work. The shower and the kitchen sink both leaked. After the shop came out 4 times they replaced the fan with a vent and the sink faucet was put on backwards. Those were the only repairs they did. I had to get a repair man out for everything else. ***** said she would get us a fan and reimburse our out of pocket expense. Neither have happened and its been 6 months. Now ***** wont even respond to me. I realize purchasing a used rig is as is. But when we are told they will make any necessary repairs before it leaves their lot and it will be cleaned enclosing shampooing the carpet, I took them at their word. Then I was told several times by ***** she will make it right I trusted her. I even have multiple text conversations to prove this. The manager said they wont do anything because they arent legally obligated to.Business response

We apologize for your displeasure. We did go out 4 times to your unit out of town to look at the issues addressed. We did replace the sink and address the leaks you were concerned about. We also checked the propane connections for both the oven and the furnace which just needed the propane tank opened. We did this and tested them on site and they worked. We also let you know that we could replace that fan with a manual vent and that was all we could provide. This vent is beyond our guarantees as we guarantee major appliances at delivery. We did clean the unit before delivery as well, however when a unit sits for a month before your arrival it is possible it will accumulate dust etc. We strive to ensure every customer leaves satisfied, and we apologize we were not able to satisfy you within our multiple attempts.Initial Complaint

September 15th i saw an ad for a one owner used truck. The ad was not true because it was not one owner.When i went to get a refund of my down payment i noticed other people's and my credit information, including social security numbers, laid out for everyone to see.
