    I mailed a hardship letter on October 17, 2022 via certified mail to ******************* (at London Bridge Resort) as I was told to do as part of their hardship deedback program. I was told back then "To be considered for the program you will need to write (or type) a hardship letter, sign it, and mail it to the ******************* Project Director at ***********************************************************************. Please include all medical and financial hardships. Our Project director will then take the hardship letters to the ***** of ********** they meet once a quarter. This process takes time, up to a year to get an offer. Please make sure your maintenance fees are current in the meantime." That letter showed received 10/21/22, however I never heard confirmation of that from London Bridge Resort. On 11/14/23, I emailed ***************************************** "I was wondering if I could get an update on the status of my timeshare release in regard to the deedback program. I mailed my hardship letter back on October 17, 2022 via certified mail to ******************* as you stated below. It showed received 10/21/22." I did not receive a response to that email. I followed up with an email on 11/29/23, with the same information. Response received 11/29/23, "we did receive the hardship letter on 10/22/2022. you are in the que but we have not gotten to your letter yet to make an offer. Unfortunately there are a lot of people ahead of you and we can only take back a certain amount at a time. As soon as we can take yours back I will mail out the offer letter. " I was told originally that the process would take "up to a year to get an offer. Please make sure your maintenance fees are current in the meantime." Now it seems like they really need 2 annual maintenance fees before they will release me from the timeshare and I don't know the exact quantity of "a lot of people ahead of me". I have a hardship reason for needing out of this and 2 maintenance fees is very costly.

    To the Management of London Bridge Resort:I asked ****** (the Frontdesk duty) politely to help us, he tried asking the SECURITY to accompany me to check all 5 rooms of the same configurations but the SECURITY has witnessed how dirty the Air Intake Filter is and the couches. Then ****** asked him to show me 2 rooms having 1 bedroom each on the 2nd floor, and all of them are also dirty and I am having a hard time to breath because of this dirty Air Intake.Since I cannot move to any other rooms because it has the same issue, I asked ****** politely to move us to a nearby hotel so that we can rest. ****** refused to help us, here is what he said -"All I can do is CANCEL your RESERVATION, you will need to call other hotels and move there... or I am calling the POLICE!"Instead of helping us, he has threatened us with verbal EVICTION, I have a son and my husband was so tired driving us from ********** to ******* to celebrate his birthday over here, because this is our 3rd time to book in this resort over the course of 23 years.How can I book to another hotel when my funds are held up by London Bridge Resort over $1,200?I am staying here until London Bridge Resort resolved this issue. My *********** were going to attend the presentation tomorrow, but I have already lost my desire to even spend that 90 minutes finding out what London Bridge Resort can offer.All I wish for the management to do is move us to a cleaner room, and if London Bridge Resort do not have that clean with safe air quality room, then they should at least called and book us to a nearby hotel for the night, so that we do not need to keep inhaling this dirty air quality, but we are instead being evicted by ******, and he said he will call the Police to get us out of here.I will post this in YELP and all the social media, because this is not an ACCOMODATING HOSPITABLE act.I pray that the Management of LONDON BRIDGE RESORT will stop MARKETING this RESORT until all ROOMS are SAFE for people
