      On 4/26/2024 we contracted to have our irrigation/drip sustem replaced. We were told the installer would be supervised by the owner while doing the work. The installer showed up & supervisor provided wrong supplies but returned with correct ones .At 1:30 p.m. installer left project leaving water to system off, never returned that day nor the next. Supervisor/owner never showed up & did not know installer had left until we called to see what was going on at which time we were told he would return on Monday. Installer returned @ 7 a.m. on Sunday morning (Mothers Day) and finished his work and left. Upon checking the lines were not covered, emitters not working & some lines connected to wrong main line so receiving incorrect amounts of water. Supervisor never came to check system nor supervise installer. Supervisor came next day to program the timer, which he could not do and system did not come on or off as was scheduled. We worked with the timer company to get it resolved & did it ourselves. It is now 2 weeks later, the installer has not returned to correct the work & we are having trouble getting the Owner/supervisor to take care of the problem. Some plants are getting too much water, others not getting any as a result of the install. The owner/supervisor was paid and deposited the checks within the hour of receipt. Our contract is signed with a 1 year warranty but we can't get the install corrected.
