            I would never recommend them to anyone. On May 17 they charged me $150. The technician said once he replaces the springs it would work fine. On May 21 they came out, charged $177 and my washer is still not working correctly. I left 10 messages and on 6/6 ****** from Mr. ********************** called and said they had two deaths in the family. I said I apologize for your loss. He would return everything but my diagnostic fee. He said since my washer is making noise I should buy a new one. I said you can help me by returning a full refund. He said, I can kiss his ass! and hung up. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! This is why you should not conduct business with them.

            We called *************** to offer a solution and was told see wanted a refund. She stated she is not interested in any solution we had to offer. She was offered a refund minus the trip fee. That was not acceptable to her. We cannot give the trip fee back as it was fully disclosed to her on a recorded line at the time of the initial phone call to book the call.
