It pains me to write this review as I spent thousands at this place and prefer Mom and Pop businesses over big chains! My problems began when I took my ***** Cruze to this place to have an oil leak fixed. A week later the leak was supposedly fixed after replacing my engine oil cooler and shelling out $900.00! Upon bringing the vehicle home I noticed a big oil puddle in my driveway. I immediately brought the vehicle b ack to Faithworks. The owner apologized for my inconvenience and fixed the problem with the oil leak this time. I decided to give this place another shot when my Mustang needed some work. They actually did a good job with this vehicle! My real problems started with an old corvette that I had towed to Faithworks after I broke a driveshaft. After two weeks of no communication from Faithworks as to the progress with the vehicle . I called the owner (***) to find out what was going on? (***) explained that he was (busy) with other vehicles and would get to it. A few days later I went to Faithworks to retrieve something out of the car. At that time I spoke to (***) as to an ETA when my car would be done. he told me to give him to to 3 weeks. After giving Faithworks 3 weeks as ****** requested I decided to drop into the shop presuming the car hadn't been touched. Mind you I had received no communication from Faithworks for three weeks! As I anticipated the vehicle hadnt been touched in 5 weeks and was sitting out in the yard behind the shop i n the elements the whole time. Furious over this I had the car towed home to the tune of $250. $1256 tow to the shop. $125 tow home. $250 in tow fees to have my car sit in the elements for almost 5 weeks! Not even an apology from these guys after spending 3K previously!!!!!!! I expected better treatment!!!!!If you are unable to do a job in a timely manner you should be honest and let the customer know!(Especially good customers)!!!!!!!
