***** was the person we are dealing with. From the beginning we have had issues with ***** and getting our system up and running.***** was very friendly when I met him and the property. Then it went down hill with bad information and not sending out the right information. Every step he has delay us and I was willing not to complain till now.First lie was as soon as we pay, work will begin within a week or two. Next was, we got busy and it will take a month He then started saying not sure how long it will take. Then he forgot to send us the emails on what we need to install and what we need prepared. This delayed and delayed for no reason. We couldn't prepare, and we keep getting bad information.The saving ***** was the inspector who came out and was very helpful and respectful. He gave us the correct information and eased everything out The entire process has been handled wrong And finally the straw that broke the camels back. I called ***** to get information on when the monies would be sent back after the job was completed. He first said a week then changed it to He doesn't know.After calling a few more times to get a number on the refund and he said over 11k. Then he called back and said it was in the 9k range. I confirmed with him on two separate occasions that the check should be mailed out to ****************************************************************************. He even repeated it back every time and said he is writing it down.Obviously the check was mailed to the wrong location.You have some good employees that work for you and definitely some that need urgent retraining We used both emails. ******************** and ************************* At the time of this email, I still have no idea when or even if this is really being worked on. ******************* ************ We are seeking the monies that was supposed to be refunded months agoBusiness response
