I had raw sewage fumes in my residence causing me headaches and sickness. I explained that to the plumber and they had no sense of urgency! The plumber came to my property for a few days in a row approx 30 min each day. Proceeded to charge me for each day when no work was done. Just investigating the problem he told me. They damaged my plumbing, and yard, and caused me to miss work. Then told me it would be *******. Huge red flag! I called my property manager because I had just purchased the unit 1 month previously. The property manager spoke with the manager of Kooline previously and had banned the company from performing any service at this property however I was not aware. Because they had previously scammed other residents the same. I never called Kooline back. Another company fixed my plumbing same day and because the problem was on the owners side and not my side, they charged the community I live in. So I was not financially responsible for the repairs and Kooline Plumbing had no clue and was going to charge me. Then they proceeded to call me 4 to 5 times a day to get money. They also sent two big guys to my door, I refused to open the door. I have never been harassed like this before.

***************************, Thank you for your comments. This information is incorrect. There was no property manager involved and we have not been banned for anything with your property manager. I initially answered the call regarding a suspected leak on November 27th 2021, it was on a Saturday and Kooline had an after hours/holiday fee for emergency calls that weekend, you stated you had recently moved into a home from being homeless previously and i empathized with you, congratulated you on your accomplishments and worked with you with instructions due to working from home and not missing work for the appointment. I also offered a Monday appointment with no additional charges or service fees to help with your financial situation. Technician went out and cleaned your homes main drain line and billed for the service, you stated you had no means to pay but were willing to make payments, we never got paid for this. We went back a 2nd time to clean the drains the next day as the problem was not resolved and the clog broke the tip of the sewer machine. We offered to do a camera inspection, which normally costs $289 and we offered the service for $189 and found that the line was filled with rocks. You advised you did not have money to pay due to financial difficulties. Agreed to make payments until paid in full, we never received payment since November of 2021, the account has now been sent to collections. We do not harass our customers this is false accusations and our legal team will be looking into this matter further for defamation of character. There were no damages caused, this is just an attempt to defame my company so you would not have to pay for the charges incurred.You also called our office a few weeks ago to pay the bill that is now handled by collections and advised your lawyer advised to pay. We advised you that it is now with a collection agency and transferred you to the agency. We have not charged you a ***** and have not sent any guys to your home as this is not how we do business. We tried to help a customer out of Goodwill and were taken for granted for being understanding and thoughtful. Please cease and desist contacting our organization as now this matter is being handled by law enforcement for false accusations and defamation of character.
