I have been trying to get a hold of this company for 8 months. They installed a new AC for me last year. I was supposed to get help on so many things. I cannot get a hold of them. Left more voice mails than I can count. They have absolutely awful customer service. I am in need of check-up, the longer they make me wait the more damage that could occur to my AC unit. Plus, the wall "brain" has a mind of its own and I cannot get help to figure it out They need to pay for a different company to come out and help me and pic up the warranty.Business response

Farnsworth is more than willing to help you out with this issue. We tried to contact ******** twice today and left messages but she has not answered or returned the call. We will do your AC check and check the t stat at no charge of course.The check up has to be within our normal regular check up times. If you prefer that a different company does the check up I can have another company call you and complete that and Farnsworth will pay for it. Please let us know your decision and I will get it taken care of.
