First, I would like to apologize for your negative experience with Norris Air. We pride ourselves on being an honest and ethical air conditioning company, which is often rare to find in our line of work.
I did take a moment to review your account history. *********************** last visit to your home was on 7/31/2023. This was the first time we have visited this property since installing the unit in 2016.
During the visit to your home on 7/31/2023 our highly trained and certified technician inspected your machine and diagnosed the reason your system was not cooling. Next the technician presented you with the repair he recommended to bring your unit back to working condition along with an accessory he would recommend to help extend the life of your unit. At that time, your technician presented you with the prices and you provided your approval for him to proceed forward with the repair and accessory installation.
Norris Air uses a tier pricing system. We do not charge a per hour fee to our customers, rather we have all our costs built-in to our tier prices. We moved to this system back in ********************************************************************************************** for our employees to take advantage of customers through hourly billing.
Please keep in mind, our tier pricing includes not only the part for ***********, but also the highly trained technician, and our overhead (office staff, vehicles, office rent, insurance benefits to our employees,etc). We understand there are many HVAC companies you could choose to work with,and Norris Air strives hard to provide an ethical and positive customer experience to continue to earn your business.
