On August 19th, 2023 I purchased 5 Night splash +Golfpark tickets for Friday August 25th, 2023 (Confirmation number: 861882).According to the website, for the sunsplash part of the ticket, "Admission includes access to 30+ rides and attractions" (*******************************************************************). However, once we got there, half of the park was closed for a private event, and many of the remaining rides were closed. I wrote an email to the company through their website on Saturday August 26th, 2023, but I have not received any response so far.I would like to receive a reimbursement for the price of the tickets ($248.10), since we would have never bought these tickets if we had known half of the park would be closed. The company has falsely advertised their memberships and services. The laser tag is always broken down due to faulty system errors, it took me 20+ minutes to get my game point cards for the arcade and the points never ended up getting added. ******************** kept crashing. About 1/3 of arcade games were out of service. All the good games people wanted to play. When we were standing in line to get food and check out, the **** Whip was sold out by 1pm on a Sunday. The two guys at the checkout didn't have a clue about the $1.50 sodas w/ membership and kept trying to charge me regular price. They debated it amongst each other for 2 straight minutes while we sat there asking for them to at least get us water and a few simple things for my son who was overheating because inside the place it was over 90 degrees. My priority was to get my 5 year old ice cream and cooled off but they kept telling me hold on while their system rebooted.. They just stood there for minutes. It was extremely frustrating and infuriating. No common sense. The entire place is ran by a bunch of kids.There wasn't one adult employee staffed. Everything about this place was unprofessional. The arcade room was extremely humid and over 90 degrees the entire day. We couldn't even stay in there for more than ******************************************************* sweat. There were also zero sanitizing stations anywhere in the arcade, during the middle of a pandemic. Also, every time we went outside to go to the water boats and bumper cars, NO ONE was there and we rang the Ring Doorbell multiple times and waited 15 minutes at each spot. NO ONE showed up. We went inside and we were told by staff to just wait there and keep ringing. We came back multiple times and same issues. Not what I agreed to in the contract. The seller is in breach by failing to provide services advertised. I signed up for 3 Gold Memberships 9/19/2021 for $97.47, and $42 a month since. I want a full refund and contract voided
