I have a loan with Versara Lending, ******************************************** (address on the portal) and address on statement is ***************************** Services ******************************************* I've been making attempts to pay the loan off, but I cannot reach anyone to do so, and they continue to take auto draft payments. I have reached them via phone, at ************, I have emailed them at *************************************** also at ***************************************** and have submitted tickets through the portal's help desk for a month now and am receiving No response. I cannot afford to keep paying that loan as I took another out specifically to pay Versara off but cannot get anyone to process the payment. The portal enables customers to submit "One Time Payments" outside of the drafted payment already scheduled. I have done so in the amount of $7,838.04 (loan payoff amount) and nothing has drafted from my bank account. There is nothing scheduled to be drafted, nor does the portal show this payment as being scheduled. I'm frustrated and want to get out, need to get out of that loan but cannot get anyone to speak to me to tell me why they're not taking my payment. The agreement states that there are no early payoff restrictions or fees so why won't they take my money?Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I spent at least 3 hours trying to get through the main line given to reschedule my payment by a day. This is a ridiculous time to wait and even 45 plus minutes as caller 1 . Is this a necessary part of running a reputable business.
