This company is terrible. My community engaged Trestle Management six years ago to help with property management and financials. The financial have been fine, but we had to fire our first property manager, we had an interim property manager who was doing her best but was very slow, and we now have another property manager who is as bad as the first one we had to fire. Projects take forever to be completed; not two or three months, but a year or more (that's if they're completed at all). We have yards that are overrun with weeds. We have yards that are full of dog f**** and urine. We have broken bits of infrastructure that have not been fixed even months after filing complaints. This IS NOT how a professionally managed community should look. I wrote directly to the president of the company and the response (from one of his subordinates) was basically 'you're wrong, we're doing a good job' (I wouldn't be writing to you if you were doing a good job, would I?). DO NOT HIRE.

I have fencing running along neighbors property AND actually on my property - up to my house! Blocks access to side of my house - I did not approve...it's block AND metal fencing....I've submitted multiple HOA forms, I've sent questions asking for help...I've followed directions how to submit these complaints...I've sent emails...I've called...I've sent multiple pictures. One of the fences...the block fence blocks the fire escape from my grandchildren's room (they are special need twins). This is so unacceptable on so many levels.

Been trying since Nov to get a reply. I have sent at least 6 complaint forms. One was certified registered mail. Called at least 2 dozen times and no return call. My neighbor who is on the hoa board has chickens and a rooster. The stench and bugs are out of control. This is NO rooster property and no breeding parcels. I called the county. The new bill that's now in play "back yard chickens" has even more restrictions. TRESTLE HAS NOT DONE ONE THING. I have a screened in porch I can't use it because of the smell. I open the door on the porch to let my dog out and the flithy flys attack her and me. I been here 19+yrs this is the worst yr yet. The neighbor totally ignores it and so does Trestle. Never one reply. I'm not a renter I'm an owner. I was on the board yrs ago and we got rid of multiple chicken and roosters we're not zoned for roosters. TRESTLE IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ***

If I could I would put negative 5. The worst community management. It seems that they don't understand that they are getting paid and have a job because of homeowners. Every time you reach out for help it seems like they have some sort of personal dislikes and vidette toward house owners. I have ever attended meetings but next time I will specially make time and follow all the steps to change our community to a different management group.

Upon researching these comments we were unable to locate a homeowner record with the last name 'Porsh' nor the email address provided. We would certainly like to discuss any specific concerns but would need more information in order to do so. We would invite you to reach out directly to our ************** Manager so that we can discuss further. Please email ********************************************************** Thank you!

Trestle Management Group lacks communication, accountability, and overall professionalism from my position as a homeowner. All of which are key elements to basic customer service. This past year we have found ourselves in several situations where when expressing a question or a concern were met with condescending attitudes and answers that were less than appropriate further frustrating our situations. Instead of working to get an appropriate answer to our issue(s), we have been met with this is the Boards decision or attend a Board meeting. I have expressed that we cannot make the Board meetings due to scheduling conflicts, and that has not been recognized as a legitimate concern. I have also asked for better communication and have not seen any improvement. Trestle Management Group appears to lack willingness to work with homeowners and their feel free to reach out isnt genuine. If Trestle Management Group is interested in working with homeowners, they need to hire a marketing team that can assist them with messaging and communication. Homeowners should be able to have some basic oversight of the property they have purchased without living in fear of retaliation or being left in the dark.

Thank you for the review, unfortunately after review of your account history this does not seem to be a fair reflection of our service to you. Your most recent communications with our office were in response to a proactive communication from our office in regards to the upcoming gate code project your ***** of ********* recently decided to do which is scheduled for later in January ****. It also appears that our team responded to you the same day of your original communication and then again the next day following your subsequent response. Please know that we share many of your concerns and discussed this with your ***** of ********* prior to them ultimately still deciding to proceed with the gate code project. If you are unable to attend the upcoming ***** meeting to share your concerns directly with the ***** you are welcome to provide us something in writing to pass along to the ***** on your behalf. Please understand that Trestle Management does not make decisions for your community as that is left with your elected homeowner *****. We are simply required to implement the decisions that they make and follow their direction as agents for the association. Thank you.

Because I cant give a worse review. Total bullies who accept no responsibility for their own failure to manage. Meeting minutes? You might get them 3-4 months later. You have neighbors who never take care of their lawn, tough c*** they only go after the people who do. I obtained approval in writing from the *** president, and the one in charge of ARC reviews at that time, in presence of another board member (there were only three). It was also submitted via their old portal. There was an issue and that submission did not work so it was sent via email to Trestle, acknowledged and I received a response that the issue was resolved. Now, over and a half later they are bullying me that they dont have record of the approval nor that they sent a Paper copy of an approval. Yet they have been provided with proof the signed approval and their email acknowledgement of said email. Now they say its invalid, because they failed to send an approval letter via ***** So a homeowner jumps through their hoops and can prove it, and they get to just nullify it because they can. Because someone is on a power trip. Not to mention that it takes them forever to actually get anything done. They would rather be ***** over something small than take the high road and say something fell through the cracks lets make it right. Which is what a good customer ********************** does. Of course all of the correspondence telling me how wrong I am is via email, not written correspondence so are these emails valid? Stay away from this group. Unless you want to overpay them to bully you for ***** trumped up violations.

This company is ran terribly from the top down. The employees are rude, and the higher up in management you get the more unprofessional they get. They try to bully home owners. At meetings they kick people out for asking questions. They recently put in a new rule that no one in the neighborhood agrees with. The new rule is no street parking at all including weekends (cant even park in ccs or over flow zones). To add to that they made sure to not have any meetings this month. Also they said a month ago they would come out with a sheet to get rid of the rule if we got enough signatures. Of course that hasnt came out yet. I had a few problems with my last HOA, but it was always resolved quickly. Trestle management is more about money than helping the people in the community.

We are sorry to hear of your experience and remain committed to helping any way we can. Please reach out directly to your assigned Community Manager to discuss your concerns further. To clarify, community rules and meetings schedules are established by your community's ***** of ********* NOT Trestle Management Group.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had with an HOA. The manager of my community is on a major power trip. They say one thing then a week later its something completely different. No idea how this is even legal what they are doing. They put super cheap tow stickers from Amazon on peoples car in my community, damaging property. Some people cant even take the sticker off so theres half a ripped up sticker on peoples car. This company only cares about money. They do not care about the people they are supposed to be providing a service for. If I could put 0 stars I would. They havent even earned 1*. I dealt with a ton of HOA companies, but this is the worst and its not even close.

This *** Management company is horrible and does not enforce the ************ CCRs in ********, **. I have addressed the parking issues in my neighborhood for almost two years and nothing continues to be done. At every *** meeting the complaints are made and there are still the same cars parked overnight. It is very dangerous as our streets are very narrow. I fear that a fire truck would not even be able to get to my house at times. I have to maneuver out of my sub-division every time I drive out of it especially in the morning when I have to take my son to school. We had a meeting last month to put out signs and start towing, but nothing has happened. Another issue that has been a complaint for two years is the *** is responsible for the front landscaping and replacing trees in the front yards. I moved in April 2020, and have yet to have a tree in the front. My tree was replaced but continually dies so they just leave it and continue to waste water watering a hole in the ground. In January 2022, they increased the rates up to $120 and have yet to provide the service to enforce the CCRs.

Shawn M**** from our office spoke with Ms. ******** on 2/23/22 about her concerns. It was again explained to Ms. ******** that the developer was in control of the HOA until July 2021 when it was turned over to a homeowner elected Board of Directors and nothing could be done until that turnover occurred. It was further explained that for the HOA to address the parking on the streets the Board had to define what hours constitute “overnight parking” and then update the rules and regulations. Once the rules were updated and approved by the Board, they needed to be sent to all homeowners, no parking street signs needed to be ordered and installed in the community and a tow company put into place before any enforcement action can be taken by the HOA. These types of things require Board action and take time to be put in place. The new parking rules were discussed in the November 2021 meeting and the Board agreed to update them. The updated rules were approved in the February 1st, 2022 meeting and the new rules were distributed to all homeowners. The signs and posts are on order, vendors were contacted for bids to install the signs, and tow companies were contacted for a tow agreement. The tow company is in place, the signs should be in next week and the vendor is ready to install the signs. As for the tree in her front yard one will be installed next week.

As of March 21, 2022 Trestle Management did address my concerns by planting the tree, posting signs and sending the emails out for towing.
