We recently sold our home at *************************************************. Closing date 4/29/2022. The community and HOA is Las Sendas. The company that manages the Las Sendas community association assessment dues is CCMC. We have tried to contact them several times to resolve this issue. They will not even return our calls. When I spoke to them to explain the error, the receptionist said the accounts receivable representative for CCMC, Ben ********** said we hadnt paid 2nd quarter dues and they charged the new owner, *********************. However, our payment for ****** May, June had been issued. (It was an automatic pay) $408.78. I emailed him with no response except for an auto one that said he was moving to finance department. I contacted the ***************************** who handled the sale of the house. She verified that they had double dipped. She sent a note and copy of the settlement paper to ************************* identifying where they had collected the full fee of $408.78 from the new owner and should reimburse us the same amount. CCMC processed our payment on 04/082022. Basically they owe us $272.00 and ************** $136.00. They have been totally unresponsive.
